Hire Date 08/09/2024 – Taylor is originally from Hereford, TX. He’s been in the automotive industry for 18 years now, and he joined so he could meet new people every day! Taylor’s heroes are his parents. They’re the most loving people he knows and they help keep him level. When it comes to sports, Taylor roots for the Longhorns and the Cowboys. At home, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.

Hire Date 9/6/2005 – Asked if he could overcome his uncle Carlos in a pushup contest, Orlando replied ‘I already did.’ He was born in Leon, Nicaragua, and graduated from Aikens High School in 2005. His car is an M45. Orlando keeps a bench press in his office and can be seen lifting upwards of 350 pounds.

Hire Date 2/28/2018 – Lilia is originally from Cuba, and came to Texas in December of 1997. She has three big loves in her life; her son Daryll, her daughter Liliette, and her loving mother. If Lilia hopes to travel anywhere soon, she’s definitely going to go back home to Cuba. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and her dog, Ary. Lilia truly loves her job here at Austin INFINITI, and enjoys being friends with everyone surrounding her here!

Hire Date 12/4/2024 – Jordan is originally from Oceanside, CA, which is the sister city to his native island of Samoa. Palm trees and ocean breeze are in his DNA. His favorite thing about Austin is the diversity. There’s something here for everyone! Jordan is a sucker for a good steak, especially if you throw in a nice side. He could eat that forever! Jordan’s hero is his mom. She is a single mother to nine children, and still she navigates every obstacle with grace and never gave up on raising her children right. In the future, Jordan would like to visit his dream destination, Japan. To be able to experience the car culture in Japan would definitely check off a bucket list item.

Hire Date 07/07/2025 – Ramzi is a native Austinite who enjoys spending his free time outdoors or immersed in something creative. He loves hiking, playing guitar, trying out new recipes, and catching live music whenever he can. His favorite band is Led Zeppelin, with Bob Dylan coming in as a close second. Ramzi has done quite a bit of traveling over the years, but one dream trip still on his list is exploring the beauty of Montana. When it comes to movies, The Lord of the Rings trilogy easily takes the top spot.

Hire Date 02/03/2023 – Emma was born and raised in Denton, Texas with her two siblings and moved to San Marcos after high school to attend Texas State University. When she’s not working, Emma enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Charlie (aka her BFF!). Charlie loves doing everything with Emma like soaking up the sunshine, going on walks, going out to eat, and taking a trip to Starbucks every Saturday for a “pup cup”. Emma also enjoys exploring new parks and trails in Austin, spending a night in the city with her friends, trying new restaurants, and attending as many events as she can at the Moody Center. Emma’s favorite meal is lasagna, especially her mom’s homemade recipe, and her favorite restaurant is Bar Peached because she can enjoy both pork buns and fries. Emma grew up listening to The Chicks and they are her favorite band of all time. She even got to see them perform at ACL Music Festival in 2022! FUN FACT: Emma grew up dancing and playing the violin. While she doesn’t do as much dancing anymore, she can still play some beautiful tunes on the violin!

Hire Date 4/6/2015 – Ana graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor in Food Service Management, she later transitioned to the Automotive industry in 2015 when she was looking for change and growth. Ana believes in treating people the way you want to be treated and uses her positive attitude and sparkly energy to give clients a world-class experience. Ana is bilingual in English and Spanish and is currently teaching her children to be bilingual as well. Ana’s greatest pride was the birth of her first child in July 2016 and the arrival of her twins in December 2018! Two of her favorite Holidays are Halloween and Christmas. Who doesn’t love dressing up in cool costumes and decorating? Every year Ana makes sure she does not miss the trail of lights held in December in Austin, TX. FUN FACT: During a private dinner in Kittery, Maine, Ana served former President, George W Bush. As she poured the wine, she was nervous and overfilled the glasses, but he was so kind that he just laughed.

Hire Date 12/18/2023 – Maria was born and raised in Mexico, and she loves living in Austin for the awesome festivals and beautiful nature scenes to take long walks in. At home, she has a Pomeranian named Princess. FUN FACT: Maria is a huge fan of the Hunger Games movie series!

Lydia is from McAllen, Texas and she’s been a part of the automotive industry since 2019. She loves to rock out to Bon Jovi and catch a bite to eat at Pappadeaux whenever possible. One day, Lydia would like to travel to Europe and see Real Madrid-her favorite soccer team-play a match. At home, Lydia enjoys spending time with her Schnauzer, Figo.

Hire Date 7/1/2017 – Dan married his loving wife in 2002, and in July 2017, they moved from California to Austin with their two children. Dan is a former Golf Pro and is enjoying checking out the golf scene in Austin, while also taking time to explore the city. Someday, he plans to complete his goal of visiting each of the 48 contiguous states. Dan has more than half checked off so far!

Hire Date 03/06/2023 – Justin comes to us from Round Rock, Texas, and this is his first job in the automotive world! His favorite food is pineapple pizza, and if he could travel to any destination, he would choose Space. At home, Justin has 2 dogs.

Hire Date 10/25/2023 – Trey was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. While he loves living in Austin, he’ll always stick to his roots when it comes to sports, as he is a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers. Trey’s favorite restaurant is Raising Cane’s and his go-to order is the box combo, substitute coleslaw for extra sauce, butter on both sides of the bread, and an ice-cold sweet tea. At home, Trey has a shepherd mix named Chester and his favorite movie is The Prestige.

Hire Date 02/20/2023 – Rita was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Carrollton, Texas. She always had her eyes set on building a career in the automotive industry and she is excited about this opportunity with CAG! She has been doing photography for 6 years, and in her free time, she enjoys taking pictures for her small photography business. This includes family pictures, portraits, and even car photography. Rita enjoys taking photos of any occasion and building cars with her dad. Her very first car was a 1988 Toyota MK3 Supra that she was able to build and restore with her dad’s help, and he also taught her how to drive a manual. When it comes to food, Rita enjoys trying out new places to eat! She loves sushi, but nothing beats a home-cooked meal by the best cook in the world – her mom. Rita’s favorite place to travel to is southern Oklahoma, and she enjoys visiting their state parks and going on hikes among the pine trees. Rita also loves hitting up the small towns and finding all of the hidden gems they have to offer.

Hire Date 11/02/2022 – Jason is originally from Round Rock, Texas, and he has always wanted to make a career in the automotive business. He took auto tech classes all 4 years in high school, and he is currently a student at Universal Technical Institute here in Austin. Jason has two personal vehicles – one of which he loves to fix & drift, and the other for going on drives to Lime Creek and watching the sunset at the Oasis with friends. Jason‘s favorite food is Mexican because tacos are amazing. FUN FACT: Jason‘s dream INFINITI vehicle is the Q60 because there’s no denying that those twin turbos packed into the engine have an incredible sound!

Hire Date 07/15/2024 – When Nick isn’t working, he likes to build legos, watch NASCAR, and play video games. Nick’s favorite movie is Wolf of Wall Street, but he is also very educated in Star Wars lore. If he could travel anywhere, he’d go to Europe to experience the rich history and visit notable sites from World War II. At home, Nick has a Jack Russell/Beagle mix named Maggie.

Hire Date 6/1/2009 – Jacki was born and raised in El Paso, TX. Looking for more adventure and opportunities, she officially began calling Austin home in 2004. Jacki now has 3 sons who keep her life very interesting and extremely busy, but she wouldn’t have it any other way! In their spare time, they like to hang out with their “giant” Chihuahua mix, Marley (another boy), going to the greenbelt, hitting up music festivals, farmers markets, and exploring all that Austin has to offer. One day Jacki hopes to travel the world.

Hire Date 5/2/2022 – Before moving to Austin, Joseph spent his whole life living in Hawaii and California. While he is new to the area, he is very excited to be in Texas for this next chapter of his life! In his spare time, Joseph enjoys all outdoor activities, discovering and trying new restaurants, going to the movies, and traveling to new places with his longtime girlfriend and their two Pomeranians, Grizzly and Milo! One day, Joseph would love to visit Portugal because he is half Portuguese and is very interested in seeing where his grandparents immigrated from. FUN FACT – Joseph is a huge fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and Golden State Warriors!

Hire Date 6/28/1993 – Jennifer was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, but it wasn’t long until she moved to the great state of Texas! She moved to the Austin area her freshman year of high school in her glory days where she was an undercover basketball star. She now resides in Pflugerville, Texas with her husband Keith, daughter Briana, son Keanu and her two interesting cats. In her spare time, she likes to cook and spend time with family. She also likes daydreaming about John Travolta, and one day meeting John Bon Jovi. She loves Italian food and hopes to one day travel to Italy. Her favorite aisle at the grocery store is the produce section and she has a love for chili peppers. Her favorite time of year is Autumn. Although Jennifer and her kids attended the same high school, they still think she’s the coolest mom ever. Aside from her curly red hair and an unmistakable laugh, she has other great assets that contribute to making CAG the company it is today.

Hire Date 03/04/2024 – Keith is originally from Tucson, AZ but moved to Texas in 1990 after graduating high school and has been here ever since! His favorite musician is the local blues guitarist Monte Montgomery. For Keith, the automotive industry runs in the blood. There are many mechanics in his family and he’s been in the industry for over 30 years! If he could invite anyone to dinner, he’d invite Elvis because Keith has <em>many</em> questions he needs answered. Keith also has one black cat named Rose Royce, who he found and rescued from a car wash trench.

Hire Date 7/8/2019 – Sherry was born in Houston and later spent 21 years out in Big Spring, the “Crossroads of West Texas”. For nearly 30 years she’s been doing title work and accounting. When she’s not working, Sherry likes to spend time with her family, which includes 3 kids, all married, and 7 grandkids. She also likes to play mind games, like puzzles and word puzzles, and watch sports–especially if it’s the Astros, Cowboys, or pro golfers, Tiger and Jason Day. Sherry is also a huge animal person. She currently has Ellie, a Cavachon (a mix of Cavalier King Charles spaniel and Bichon frise). Sherry suspects that Ellie may have more spaniel in her mix, as she’s an extremely playful and energetic little dog!

Hire Date 1/27/2016 – Courtney was born and raised in Austin, and loves that it’s such a unique city. She enjoys chilling at home with her kids and her dog named Gizmo, and watching movies. She also draws in her spare time, particularly portraits!

Hire Date 9/20/2016 – Donald was born in Arizona, but has spent most of his life in Austin. After working for different dealerships within CAG, he’s thrilled to be part of the corporate team!

Hire Date 02/26/2025 – Alicia was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She loves spending her free time with family, and expressing her creativity through drawing, arts and crafts, and working with clay. As a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, Alicia never misses a chance to cheer on her team. At home, she has two cats—Nala, a Siamese mix, and Sapphire, a black shorthair.

Hire Date 1/14/2003 – Suzette Burrow began her career in the automotive industry as a receptionist and steadily worked her way up to become the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Her leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of operations, brand development, and customer experience. As CMO, she oversees all aspects of marketing strategy, digital engagement, and brand positioning across the organization. Suzette is passionate about building strong teams, driving growth, and delivering meaningful impact across all channels.

She is married with two children and, as a fun fact, can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under two minutes.

Hire Date 11/24/2025 – Britnney was born in Los Angeles but moved to San Antonio when she was just one year old, so she proudly considers herself San Antonio-raised. She’s an avid animal lover and adores her dog, Luna, who stayed with her family in San Antonio when she moved to Austin. In her free time, Britnney enjoys thrifting, trying new restaurants around Austin, and staying active at the gym. A lifelong fan of soccer, Britnney roots for Arsenal in the Premier League, and she and her boyfriend never miss an opportunity to watch the game at The Tavern. Their dream is to go to one of the games in London one day! FUN FACT: Soccer has always been a big part of Britnney’s life. She played throughout her youth and even played at the Division 1 level at the University of Texas at San Antonio. As another fun fact, Britnney recently became an auntie to her nephew, Cassian, adding another joy to her life!

Hire Date 07/17/2025 – Veronica was born and raised here in Austin, Texas! She has been working in automotive since 2016 and enjoys getting to be around all kinds of vehicles all day. If Veronica could go to any place, she would visit Mexico to explore all regions of the country. Her favorite movies are The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, and at home, she shares her space with her two dogs.

Hire Date 6/14/2021 – Jennifer is an Army brat who originally comes from Fayetteville, North Carolina. She has been working with vehicle titles since 2013 and may have gotten into the field by luck, but she can say that she truly loves what she does! Jennifer loves watching movies, listening to 80s rock music while cooking, going out for a good Chinese food buffet, and planning a dream vacation to Hawaii – she can’t wait to work on a really good tan! Her favorite movie is The Labyrinth, favorite song is Still Loving You by Scorpions, and her top band picks are Scorpions, Journey, and Stevie Nicks. Jennifer’s hero is her grandmother. She is the one that everyone goes to for everything and she never judges, but will always tell you the truth. Jennifer loves the way she always finds a way to make those around her feel better, whether it’s emotionally or physically. FUN FACT: Jennifer can’t stand eating alone and prefers the company of others when it comes to delicious meals!

Hire Date 5/25/2026 – An Austin native, Alyssa balances her career with her studies as she works toward her degree at Texas State University, where she is double-majoring in Finance and Accounting. When she isn’t hitting the books, she loves diving into the Marvel Cinematic Universe—specifically any of the Spiderman or Captain America movies. Alyssa is also a passionate sports fan who proudly roots for the Houston Texans and the Houston Astros. At home, she stays busy hanging out with her two beloved dogs: Lilo, a German Shepherd/Lab mix, and Nani, a Pit/Lab mix.

Hire Date 07/24/2024 – In Jacob’s free time, you can find him skating around in some of Austin’s great skateparks. When it comes to sports, Jacob has to support his hometown team, the Astros. Movies are a passion of Jacob’s, and he says The Grand Budapest Hotel is an amazing movie. Wes Anderson is one of his favorite directors and, fun fact, he went to UT Austin! If Jacob could travel anywhere, he would go to New Zealand because the landscape is so unique and he would love to experience it in person. Italian food is Jacob’s cuisine of choice, and he recommends North Italia for their delicious pesto chicken pasta!

Deyanira is from Edinburg, Texas and she’s been in the automotive industry since 2004. When she’s not working, she enjoys painting and trying to keep her two Boxers from destroying anything they find. Her favorite restaurant is Olive Garden, and someday, Deyanira would like to visit Hawaii for the amazing beaches there.

Hire Date 01/22/2024 – Julia is from El Paso and moved to Austin in 2017 to be closer to her family. In her free time, she enjoys getting dressed up to go out to eat and take pictures with her friends. Julia has been to Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, and notes it to be the best place she’s visited thus far. In the future, she hopes to hit up Zanzibar, Africa for its beautiful waters. At home, Julia has a cat named Benjamin who is the sweetest lad!

Hire Date 6/1/2009 – Ana is originally from California but has been living in Austin since 2007. She has a young daughter who is the light of her life. When she’s off, her and her daughter spend quality time together and enjoy walking along the greenbelt and hiking. Ana loves chocolate and would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if she could!

Hire Date 9/2/1997 – Jose is a veteran of the Continental Automotive Group. He grew up in a small town in Guerrero, Mexico, and has lived in Austin for more than 20 years with his wife and three children. Jose’s favorite vacation was when he and his family went to Disney World. Jose enjoys going to church on Sunday, playing volleyball and soccer, and watching the Mexican national team games.

Hire Date 6/29/1992 – Debbie was born and raised in Texas, and came to Austin in 1984. Debbie has been in the car business since 85′ and is grateful to have been with CAG since 92′. She loves getting to travel around and visit her son, who is a Master Sergeant in the US Airforce. He has been stationed in Germany, Italy, Hawaii, Guam, and Korea, so she has had some great trips while visiting him! Debbie enjoys all of the time she gets to spend with her 5 grandkids, and has very happy memories of getting to watch her oldest grandson play baseball and watch him and his teammates grow up together. The one thing she is looking forward to more than anything, even more than her own retirement, is the retirement of her son from the Airforce, so that he can move back home.

Hire Date 1/8/2025 – In her free time, Sam likes to spend time gardening, sewing, and hiking with her husband. She once swam with great white sharks in Gansbaai, South Africa, “The Great White Shark Capital of the World.” Sam’s hero is Dolly Parton, because she is an American treasure. Her favorite movie is Fried Green Tomatoes. At home, Sam has two rescue dogs. One is an Australian cattle dog mix named Beau, and one is a pit bull. Sam went to adopt a cat but came home with a pit bull, so she named her Kitty!

Hire Date 6/10/2021 – Jonathan is an Austinite who enjoys kicking it with Simba, his Shar Pei/lab mix. His favorite place to get a meal in Austin is hands-down, Sway, a Thai restaurant that should definitely be on your list to check out if you haven’t tried it yet. Most of the traveling that Jonathan’s done has been to see family, however he really enjoyed a trip to Colorado Springs where he vacationed for the sake of taking a vacation. One day, he hopes to add Los Angeles and New York to the list, with the main motivation being art – per movies and museums! In his free time, Jonathan likes to play video games on his PC and Xbox, and his favorite movie is Mad Max Fury Road.

Hire Date 03/10/2025 – Casey is from New Orleans, Louisiana. In his free time, he enjoys playing NCAA 25 or GTA 5 on his PS5. When it comes to food, Casey loves virtually any noodle dish. He’s a big fan of the Denver Broncos and enjoys cheering them on during football season. At home, he has a corgi mix that keeps life entertaining.

Hire Date 12/03/2024 – Jason is from New Orleans, Louisiana, and brings that bold Southern energy with him wherever he goes. In his free time, he’s all about the adrenaline—whether it’s car drag racing or cruising around on his ATV. His favorite meal? His aunt’s homemade gumbo, of course—doesn’t get more Louisiana than that. When he’s not on the move, you’ll probably catch him vibing to Bone Thugs-N-Harmony or cheering on his team, the New Orleans Saints.

Hire Date 09/03/2024 – Cindy is originally from Dallas but she was raised here in Austin, TX! In her free time, she likes to cruise around town with the right music on in the background and the perfect angle to see the sunset ahead. Cindy loves a good sunset, which is why San Diego, CA is one of her favorite places she’s visited. The chill breeze and the picture perfect sunsets were unforgettable. Cindy’s favorite musical artist is Bruno Mars. Her dream is to one day have front row tickets to see him perform in Las Vegas. At home, Cindy has 2 cats, Michi and Lily. They are clumsy and curious and bring so much joy into Cindy’s life!

Hire Date 6/1/2021 – Josh is from Kingman, Arizona, and when he’s not doing graphic design projects on the side, you can likely spot him at a hockey game, listening to podcasts, running, or paddleboarding on the river. Josh enjoys long walks to the kitchen to happily devour pasta dinners, seafood, and sushi. His favorite song is anything and everything that’s sung by Niall Horan. FUN FACT: Josh grew up in Calgary, Canada. Don’t be alarmed if you happen to hear him drop an “eh” every once in a while!

“I picked up this book in high school, and it transformed how I viewed pursuing my professional career. Before I had finished the book, I had already accepted my dream position at the time which indirectly jumpstarted a career in freelance graphic design work that paid for most of my college tuition for the next 5 years. Those opportunities all sprouted from “And The Good News Is” giving me the confidence to say ‘yes’ to a rather scary job offer at such a young age.”

Hire Date 1/15/2020 – Allan is from Wichita, Kansas and has been in the automotive world since 2002. When he’s not at work, Allan loves to spend time with his wife and their kids. He enjoys grabbing a bite to eat in Way South Austin and the food and the people of Austin are his two favorite things about the city. Allan enjoys live music shows and lucky for him, while at the Broken Spoke to see Weldon Henson some years ago, he met his wife! Allan’s favorite movie is Star Wars, he roots for the KC Chiefs, and he has a sweet Labradoodle named Tex. If he could travel anywhere, he’d go back to Hawaii–where he and his wife had their honeymoon.

Hire Date 09/29/2025 – Joseph is originally from Orange County, California, and moved to Texas in 2020. He began working in the automotive industry in 2024 to expand his knowledge and skills, which he also applies to his personal automotive projects at home. In his free time, Joseph enjoys gaming, with Borderlands 4 being a favorite on his PC. He’s also a sushi lover, and his current go-to spot is Machi Sushi in Austin, where he loves the all-you-can-eat menu. If he could travel anywhere, Joseph would head to Japan to experience its unique car culture and anime scene firsthand.

Hire Date 04/10/2023 – Ulysses is native to Austin, and he enjoys going out for nights on the town. He also enjoys playing a wide variety of PC video games with his friends. If you’re looking for a place with delicious food, Ulysses recommends his uncle’s food truck, CJ’s Tacos! At home, Ulysses has a chihuahua named Chiko and a Yorkshire Terrier mix named Dexter.

Hire Date 07/03/2024 – Evan was born and raised in Austin, TX and he’s loved every second of it. For fun, Evan enjoys practicing guitar. He says he’s not very good yet, but it’s still a lot of fun! He also likes to read fiction novels and go to the pool to grill and swim with his family and friends. Evan’s favorite artist is Washed Out. “He’s incredible and produces nothing but vibes.” Evan has been playing video games since he was a wee lad when he got his first console, which was a PS1. Since then, he’s moved up to a PS5 and his favorite game is The Last of Us Part II. At home, Evan has a rat terrier/chihuahua mix named Ellie (named after Ellie from The Last of Us) and she is everything to him.

Hire Date 06/24/2024 – Audrey is from Austin, TX. In her free time, she loves doing photography, spending time with her husband, and playing with their two dogs. Audrey has dreams of traveling, specifically to Iceland or Scotland because they seem like beautiful places. Her favorite movie is probably Silence of the Lambs. If Audrey could have dinner with anyone, she would choose either the famous photographer Ansel Adams or Audrey Hepburn.

Hire Date 1/27/2025 – Liza was born in Lorain, OH, but moved around a lot growing up. She moved to Florida in 1994 and was in the Central Florida area until she moved to Austin in November 2024. Her favorite thing about Austin so far is all the music festivals that happen throughout the year. She loves that it’s a brand new city for her to explore! When she’s not working, Liza enjoys taking her dogs on walks, spending time with her husband, doing yoga, and cooking. Liza has two dogs, an American bulldog named Luna and an English bull terrier named Diesel. The best vacation Liza has ever been on was in 2023 when she and her husband took their daughters to San Francisco for five days. She enjoyed sightseeing with them!

Hire Date 09/27/2023 – Zaira is originally from Houston, TX, and has been living in Austin, TX since 2020. Her favorite thing about Austin has got to be the people; everyone is so kind and accepting here! In her free time, Zaira and her partner enjoy traveling together, trying new restaurants, and relaxing in a cute coffee shop with a good book. Zaira’s hero in life is her mother, and she strives to be a shining example of the amazing woman she is. FUN FACT: Zaira has two pets! A three-legged dog named Tre’, and a fluffy, mischievous cat named Teddy.

Hire Date 07/03/2024 – Jessy was born and raised in Northern California. She just recently moved in with her boyfriend here in Austin! When she’s not at work, she enjoys going on long drives and exploring the city. She also enjoys playing her Nintendo Switch. Her favorite games are Kirby and the Forbidden Land and Mario Party Superstars. The best vacation Jessy has been on was a trip to Fort Bragg, CA. She went to Glass Beach and did a wine tasting by the ocean. Since moving to Austin in June of 2024, Jessy has gotten a betta fish named Vera. She and her partner are excited to get more animals in the future!

Hire Date 12/4/2024 – Jordan is originally from Houston but moved to Austin for college over 20 years ago and never left! She joined the auto industry as her first career after college and has been in it for 13 years now. In her free time, Jordan enjoys hanging out with friends and family, exercising, hiking, playing games and learning new recipes to cook. If she could invite anyone to dinner to try one of those recipes, it would be Stephen Fry because he’s the most interesting man in the world. Her favorite song of all time is J-boy by Phoenix.

Hire Date 04/14/2025 – Marisol is an Austin native who loves everything her hometown has to offer—from scenic hikes and park visits to dancing the night away and going to the movies. She’s all about enjoying life’s little adventures, whether it’s a good movie, a new Netflix show, or a spontaneous night out. At home, Marisol is kept company by her two pups: a playful Chiweenie named Nacho and a sweet blue nose pitbull named Diesel. FUN FACTS: Marisol has never broken a bone (fingers crossed it stays that way!), she danced ballet folklorico for 16 years, and finds peace in organizing and creating checklists. Hire Date 03/26/2025 – Mariah hails from New Braunfels, TX. In her free time, she enjoys hitting the gym and attending weekly car meets, where she connects with fellow automotive enthusiasts. When it comes to food, Mariah loves Asian cuisine. On the sports front, she proudly roots for the New York Mets. At home, Mariah has three cats: Poncho, Luna, and Burrito.

Hire Date 8/3/2020 – Ethan is an Austinite who’s been in the automotive service world since 2018. The best thing about Austin in his eyes is that everyone is weird in their own way. Ethan enjoys spending his free time working on his friend’s car and going to the skatepark. He has a PS4, but it’s mostly used for Hulu and Netflix these days. Ethan listens to a lot of music with bands like Korn, Asking Alexandria, Lil Peep, and Xavier Wulf being at the top of his list currently. He’s been to New York and someday, would like to go to Scotland–maybe even live there at some point–as he loves the accent and the beautiful scenery. Ethan roots for Texas Tech when it comes to college football and at home, he has two cats, Dandy and Angle, and a great dane named Koda.

Hire Date 02/23/2026 – Sarah is a longtime gamer who plays primarily on PC and has been dedicated to Counter-Strike for over a decade. She’s a huge fan of Pride and Prejudice (2005)—so much so that she even has a tattoo inspired by it—and loves unwinding with her favorite meal: sushi (with a go-to spot in Cedar Park). Originally from California, she also spent time living in Pennsylvania and Maine before making her way to Texas. At home, she’s accompanied by her cat, Daja, who’s an excellent travel buddy and even flew to Europe and back with her.

Hire Date 6/30/2026 – Born in Germany, Tanja grew up moving between various U.S. army bases before spending over 30 years in San Jose, California. She recently relocated to Austin in May 2026 to be close to her son and grandson. Driven by a lifelong passion for problem-solving, she has spent 10 years off-and-on in the automotive world, working as a Service Manager for Goodyear and an Office/Parts Manager in California. Tanja is a massive rock fan who considers Tool more of an experience than a band (having seen them twice), followed closely by Korn, whom she’s caught live three times. She is also a die-hard Denver Broncos fan, staying loyal to the team since long before the Peyton Manning era. Tanja is excited to start this next chapter of her life alongside her family and her two black rescue cats, Cry Baby and Fat Stuff!

Hire Date 12/7/2020 – Aline (ah-leen-E) was born in Boston and raised in Austin. This is her first time in the automotive industry, and she’s happy to be learning and having first-hand experience with automotive filmmaking. Outside work, Aline enjoys hanging out with family and friends, singing at karaoke nights, being outdoors, traveling, and playing with Lylla, her Rottweiler puppy mix whom she adopted from APA! Aline’s favorite meal is the chicken pesto from North Italia, and speaking of food – Italy is one place at the top of her travel list thanks to the divine dishes available there. Second on her travel list is Greece, to live out her Mamma Mia fantasies! Around Austin, Aline’s favorite thing is the people. She loves that everyone here has a true love for Austin and keeps it weird. Her greatest inspiration is her brother, Lucas! Lucas stepped up when he was 18 years old and Aline was just 7. Lucas did all he could to take care of her and she is thankful for the great strength and selflessness shown as he put his life aside to help her.

Hire Date 04/21/2025 – Meet Katie! Originally from the Buda area, Katie has spent most of her life enjoying the laid-back charm of her hometown. When she’s not hiking local trails or sketching up something creative, you’ll probably find her tending to her flock of pet chickens—or hanging out with her dog and turtle. One of her favorite vacations was to the Florida Keys, where she caught all kinds of fish, swam in the clear waters, and indulged in some amazing meals. Up next on her travel wish list? Germany—for the culture, the food, and the adventure!

Hire Date 10/28/2024 – In her free time, Julie likes dancing, going on nature walks, and playing video games! She mostly plays games on her Nintendo Switch. Julie’s favorite game at the moment is probably Stardew Valley. At home, Julie has a brown tabby named Scoopy who is her angel sent from Heaven above!

Hire Date 07/22/2024 – Yolanda was born and raised in Houston, TX and she moved to Austin to be with her fiance. She’s excited to officially become an Austinite! Yolanda previously worked in the automotive industry for 10 years, and since she’s naturally a people-person, she loved being around customers. When she moved to Austin and saw the opportunity to get back into the industry here at CAG, she couldn’t pass it up! Yolanda has a passion for travel, and her all-time favorite vacation was a solo trip to Puerto Rico. Traveling alone allowed her to make her own schedule, make new friends, and learn a lot about herself! She says Puerto Rico is a truly magical place. In the future, Yolanda would love to visit Switzerland, because it looks beautiful and she’s heard great things about the country! If Yolanda could invite anyone to dinner, she would invite her grandpa. He passed away when she was little, but the memories she has with him were wonderful. He was so much fun and so funny, and she would love to hear his laugh one more time.

In her free time, she loves treating herself to a self-care day — shopping, getting her nails done, and catching up on her favorite shows are some of her favorite ways to unwind. Valerie’s favorite movie is Legally Blonde, and she’s a big fan of The Weeknd. One of her most memorable vacations was a trip to Pittsburgh, PA, where she got to see the Steelers play at Heinz Field. At home, Valerie stays busy with her two pets: a chihuahua/shih tzu mix named Honey and a Siamese cat named Kevin.

Hire Date 04/22/2025 – Meet Garrison, originally from Madison, Wisconsin. With a love for culture and connection, he dreams of traveling the world—Thailand is high on his list for its people, food, and vibrant energy. If he could share a meal with anyone, it would be his late father, whose memory still plays a big role in his life. Garrison’s favorite song is the Fisher remix of “Somebody,” and when he’s not out exploring or planning his next trip, he’s hanging out with his pets: a cat named Ronan and an Australian Shepherd named Guts.

Hire Date 7/8/2011 – Alex Garcia loves soccer! However, he has had to stop playing ever since May 2011. During one of his games he badly injured his tailbone and he wife said that he’s not young anymore and he needs to stop playing. He’s been playing for 30 years! Alex has three children: a son of 16yrs that tried 3 different sports and then found his calling as an XBOX player, a daughter of 13 yrs who is a kickstar, and a 10 year-old daughter who loves to play with their puppy MAX, who is a mix between a German Shephard, Weiner, and Bull Dog.

Hire Date 3/23/2026 – Isaiah has spent most of his life in the Rio Grande Valley, growing up in the Harlingen area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his kid, especially watching them play and run around. He’s a big soccer fan, proudly supporting Austin FC and Barcelona. When it’s time to relax, his go-to movie is Interstellar. At home, Isaiah stays busy with his two puppies—a mini poodle named Eevee and a Goldendoodle named Sumi.

Hire Date 2/1/1999 – Marco started at Mercedes-Benz of Austin in 1999. He is a very serious person who likes to keep to himself which has made him very good at his job. Once you get to know him though, he will reveal his humorous side and is constantly keeping the attitude upbeat. Marco was born in northern Mexico and still makes it back home when he can. He loves reading, watching futbol (soccer), and can often be heard saying his favorite catch-phrase, “Hecho en Mexico.”

Hire Date 8/17/2020 – Myra is from McAllen, Texas. She has been in the automotive world for nearly ten years and started off working at the DMV. Anytime she’s not working, you can find Myra painting, listening to music, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, spending time outdoors, planning her dream vacation to Hawaii/or any island, and hanging out with her fiancé and their dogs–3 chihuahuas and 1 pitbull. (Myra also became the grandma to three chihuahua puppies in 2021!) Myra’s grandmother is her hero and she is thankful to have a very close relationship wit her. As of 2021, Myra is excited to welcome her first child soon and is looking forward to motherhood.

Hire Date 06/03/2024 – Ben was born and raised in Bastrop, TX and he moved to Austin in 2009. In his free time, Ben likes to go on long kayak/camping trips down his favorite Texas rivers. However, the best trip he’s been on was a Summer trip to Italy with his whole family, including his 4 year old daughter, to visit relatives in Sicily. Ben’s favorite thing about Austin is all the natural swimming holes around town. At home, he has one dog, a mini-aussie named Camper.

Hire Date 6/08/2026 – Vanessa moved from Victoria, Texas, to Austin in 2021 and has been busy exploring the city ever since. An adventurous soul, she loves staying active through yoga and hiking, trying out local food trucks, and even went skydiving recently (a thrill she highly recommends to everyone!). For entertainment, her favorite movie is Burlesque. At home, Vanessa cares for two beloved pets she adopted back in 2018: Ryder, a Husky mix, and Sunny, an orange tabby cat.

Hire Date 7/6/2015 – Chelsea is a breakfast loving lady from Childress, Texas. Seriously, anything breakfast related, and you’re good in her book! Chelsea has been in the automotive industry since 2015 and got her footings right here with CAG. Having previously worked in retail, she knew she wanted something fast paced and she’s continually grateful that she found and fell in love with CAG. When she’s not working, Chelsea loves to take her two rescue pups (Bandit a long haired Dachshund and Bear the Yorkie) out hiking, enjoying a good cup of tea while soaking up the sun, getting crafty, going fishing, and watching fishing shows like River Monsters and Deadliest Catch. If she could travel anywhere, she would like to visit the Cape Town area of South Africa. A sucker for great scenery, Chelsea’d love to explore all over from safaris to wine country to beautiful beaches. In Austin, Chelsea could rave about so many things, but her favorite has to be that even while the city is forever expanding, it still has an easy-going, small town vibe–plus, great coffee and food! Inspired most by her Marine-Medal-of-Honor grandpa–lovingly dubbed, Papaw Thomas–she’s taken one of his sayings to heart: “Don’t be anyone’s dancin’ chicken,” meaning to only make decisions that feel right and true to you. If she could have dinner with anyone, Chelsea would choose Nicole Lapin, her favorite author. All of Lapin’s books are about empowering women to take control of their life, wealth, and career. Chelsea also makes sure to catch her podcasts and will tell you that her energy and confidence is totally infectious! Hire Date 4/18/2022 – Lizet comes to us from Reno, Nevada, and she has been working in the automotive industry for the past 11 years! Her favorite thing about  Austin, Texas would have to be the selection of good restaurants and live music scene. She loves doing anything outdoors, especially if a beautiful view is included, and her favorite style of cuisine would have to be Thai. When it comes to good music, Lizet’s favorite artists are undoubtedly Pink Floyd, The Doors, and Luke Combs. Lizet’s favorite vacation thus far was when she stayed in a treehouse in Tulum, Mexico, but she would one day love to visit Greece and Italy to experience the history and archaeology. When asked who her hero is, Lizet said her parents because of how hard-working, kind, and inspiring they are.

Hire Date 10/3/2019 – Tiffani is from Bristol, Texas of the Dallas area. When she’s not working, she loves to read, do makeup, listen to horror podcasts while playing the Sims 4, and play video games like Zelda, Splatoon 2, and Pokémon. In Austin, she would recommend Kerbey Lane to anyone in the area and enjoys the paddleboarding and kayaking available near Zilker. Tiffani is always down to catch an alternative or hardcore rock music concert at Come and Take It Live. She’s also been out to Pennsylvania to visit family and ending up loving it there. Plus, she got to go hiking in part of the Appalachians! One day, Tiffani plans to go to Japan for the culture she loves that she’s seen through watching Japanese dramas and anime. Hire Date 04/22/2025 – Meet Victor, originally from California and always up for a good drive. When he’s not working, you can usually find him out doing spirited driving just for the thrill of it. One of his favorite getaways so far has been Cancun—sun, sand, and good memories. A big fan of car culture, it’s no surprise his favorite movie is 2 Fast 2 Furious. And when it comes to music, nothing tops “It Was a Good Day” by Ice Cube.

Hire Date 2/13/1989 – Sheri has spent more than half her life at CAG, which means she’s basically a company antique—just without the dust and with way more personality. With over 30 years under her belt, she’s seen it all—company changes, new faces, and enough emails to last several lifetimes. When she’s not keeping the CAG crew in check, Sheri is wrangling her four outrageously spoiled pets—Austin, Lucy, Fred, and Ethel—who seem to think they run the house (they might not be wrong). Add in two daughters and five grandkids, and it’s a wonder she ever sits down! If she could be anywhere, it would be on a beach with her toes in the sand, but until then, she’ll settle for keeping everything running smoothly… and maybe sneaking in a quiet moment when the pets aren’t looking!

Hire Date 12/28/2007 – Ashley grew up in Austin and is currently taking classes at ACC. She wants to be a first-grade teacher and have a really big family (she loves kids). The beach is Ashley’s favorite place to vacation, but, even though she loves the water, she thinks that jet skiing is the scariest thing ever. Ashley has never been outside of Texas but would love to travel. Florida is the place that she would most like to visit, and she wants to be in two places at once.

Hire Date 12/1/2016 – Mario moved to Austin in 2002, and got into the automotive business in 2011. Having previously worked in sales, Mario thought the automotive industry would be a great way for him to help people find a car that was suited to them, and that it would also be a way that he could interact with people of all different cultures and backgrounds. Mario is family man, and he, his wife, and their two kids enjoy movie nights, board game nights, and he and the kids follow his wife around while she goes shopping! Mario is also a weekend warrior. He works out often, and plays basketball and softball, and recently stopped playing flag football to avoid injuries. Mario’s personal motto is “Exceed customer expectation!” “A great customer experience is when you give a potential customer truly exceptional service throughout your appointment while being friendly and inviting.”

Hire Date 09/14/2022 – Jami comes to us from Iowa and is very excited to be joining as a Graphic Designer for Macho Marketing, CAG’s internal marketing agency! When she has spare time, Jami enjoys painting and keeping up with the Iowa Hawkeyes, her all-time favorite sports team. Jami once vacationed in Montana and says it is the best place she has visited thus far; nothing beats Yellowstone and Glacier National Park! As amazing as that vacation was, Jami hopes to one day venture to Egypt so she can check out the beautiful pyramids.

Hire Date 10/29/2018 – Ty was born and raised in the small town of Pittsburg, TX. He made his way to Austin to go to school at UT and ended up with a degree in Mathematics. One of their favorite things to do together is to take their dogs, Lewis the Anatolian Shepherd mix and Riley the Staffordshire Terrier mix, out to go paddling on the lake. One day, Ty would like to travel to Italy, as he minored in Italian. He can’t wait to see the coast, try all the foods, and travel throughout as much of the areas as he can!

Hire Date 2/17/2984 – Joy received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas in 2005. After going on a leaf peeping cruise with her Grandmother Hardeman in the fall of 2005, Joy was hired by CAG and worked in various positions over the next 3 years. In 2012, Joy received her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. After law school Joy spent 2 years in Washington DC and was rehired by CAG in 2016. Joy enjoys crossword puzzles, an occasional Peloton class, and selling cars to friends. Recently, Joy sold a Ram truck to a friend with the question, “Did you know we have a Ram dealership in Dallas?” Joy looks forward to playing doubles with her twin sister, Genny, on the local tennis circuit where they go by the name “The Twin Towers.” Joy’s brother Will wants her to be a race car driver. Joy and Will compete under the name “Air Hardeman.” Overall, it’s safe to call her the Joy of all trades.

Hire date 7/8/2016 – Lily is creative and athletic and serves as creative director for the Hardeman household. Whether she’s perfecting her flips in gymnastics, dominating the tennis court, or sinking shots as the top scorer on her basketball team, Lily brings energy and determination to everything she does. Most importantly, she is a wonderful older sister and shares her love of dancing, rainbows, and sparkles with her two younger sisters. She looks forward to announcing the winners on stage every year at the CAG company holiday party and can be found stealing the show on the dance floor.

Hire Date 4/1/2020 – Penelope is the brains behind the operation. With a sharp mind and a playful spirit, she’s always ready to tackle a challenge—whether it’s a tricky puzzle, a riveting book, or a fast-paced basketball game. Penelope is a true all-rounder, excelling at piano, gymnastics, tennis, swimming, and more, all while filling the house with her infectious laughter. She is a loving older sister to her baby sister Primrose and the two are thick as thieves. Penelope also loves to unleash her artistic talents, often sketching masterpieces in her dad’s office or forging new friendships in the Honda Lily Pad playroom.

Hire Date 4/29/22 – As a dedicated younger sister, Primrose enjoys doing whatever her two older sisters are doing.  Whatever they’re up to—whether it’s dancing, drawing, swimming, or flipping through gymnastics class—Primrose is right there, giving it her all with her signature “I can do it!” attitude. One of her favorite adventures? Grabbing a snack from the Honda coffee bar (because every star needs fuel!) before heading off to the Lily Pad playroom.

Hire Date 7/18/1981 (Will) – William B. is an Austin recreationalist: an avid cyclist, triathlete, competitive skier, and outdoorsman who enjoys all the air, land, and water that Austin has to offer. These activities have made William B. more in tune with local environmental issues, and in his construction and development focus at the Continental Automotive Group, William B. brings with him a strong commitment to preserving Austin’s natural beauty. William B. grew up in west Austin and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.

Hire Date 2/17/1984 – Genny was born and raised in Austin, and after earning her degree in Finance and Spanish at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, she returned to Austin to work in investment banking. After two years, she decided to join the family business and has split her time between several of our dealerships. Genny enjoys spending time with her teddy bear of a husband, little James, sweet baby Margot, and their three dogs. You might recognize her, she’s the girl jogging around the neighborhood, pushing a stroller with one hand and holding two dogs with the other. Her favorite things in life are James and Margot, who come to the dealership with her almost every day and love to smile at everyone that stops by their office to say hi.

Hire Date 9/8/2015 – James’ first day on the job was just one week after being born, making him Continental Automotive Group’s youngest employee ever. He’s been voted “Cutest Employee Ever” and gets his daily dose of caffeine at INFINITI’s coffee bar. Now that James attends school, his presence has decreased, but he still attends monthly management meetings to stay up-to-date on dealership operations. He’ll be the one sweeping the floors, pulling parts, and detailing cars during his teens. So say hi!

Hire Date 5/22/2017 – Margot weighed only 5 lbs on her first day of work. Like her older brother James, she enjoys greeting customers at Austin INFINITI’s coffee bar and cruising around the showroom.

Hire Date 9/13/2021 – Jason is from Spring Branch, Texas. He’s brand new to the automotive world, but he comes with over 10 years of IT experience! Jason enjoys collecting action figures, making unboxing videos for youtube, and finding all kinds of great pasta dishes – spaghetti, lasagna, tortellini… you name it! Jason also likes playing games like Monster Hunter Stories 2 on his Nintendo Switch and is always down to watch any of Luc Besson’s movies. FUN FACT: Jason spent time traveling through China while learning all about the Ming dynasty.

Hire Date 10/23/2000 – If we had a soccer team at Austin INFINITI, Dave would not be the coach because the guys around here ‘would not need any coaching.’ His daughter Kara chose soccer as a sport when she was young, and Dave’s life has never been the same. He now plays twice a week and referees three times a week. Kara is in college and is taking a break from the sport. Dave is a former mechanic turned service writer and says hello to his wife, Michele.

Hire Date 4/4/2022 – Jonathan comes to us from Corsicana, Texas. His favorite thing about Austin is how much it embraces the music, film, and art scene. While this is his first time working in the automotive industry, he has been working in the IT field for over 8 years! In his free time, Jonathan enjoys backcountry hiking, mountain biking, concerts and spending time with his family. Jonathan says Moody Theater is the best music venue in Austin and dreams of seeing Odesza there. While Austin is known for its great cuisine, Jonathan’s favorite restaurant is The Preachers Son, located in Bentonville, Arkansas. Jonathan and his wife once had the amazing opportunity to spend a week at a private resort called PlayaNix, and he says that is the best vacation he has ever been on. One day, Jonathan would love to do a road trip from Omaha Beach to Berlin and see all of the WWII sites. FUN FACT – Jonathan’s favorite movie is Forrest Gump.

Hire Date 7/7/2021 – Joyce was an Airforce brat who lived all over and most recently moved to Central Texas from Louisiana. Around Austin, Joyce is enraptured by the overall diversity of the city. She’s no stranger to the automotive world and has been enjoying her time in the field since 1988. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, going for bike rides, and planning her next trip to the beach with her family. Some of her favorite memories have been made at the beach with them. At home, Joyce revels in quality time with her two dogs, a Malamute and a mutt, Mavs and Penny.

Hire Date 04/18/2019 – Tiffani is from Dallas, Texas. She loves how you can do something different in each city of the DFW – however, downtown Dallas is her favorite place to visit. Tiffani’s been in the automotive industry for over ten years now and originally got into the BDC when her uncle was the GM of a dealership. Tiffani can also easily tell you that her dream car is surely a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. Outside of work, Tiffani enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing poetry, listening to music like the News Boys, making dinner plans at Benihanas, and taking her kids on adventures just about every weekend. She’d love to travel to Jamaica and Trinidad to see her family there, and also fondly recalls one of the best trips she ever went on was visiting her grandmother in New York. Hire Date 9/15/1999 – Lori is a native Austinite with a long career in the automotive industry. She spent 17 years with BMW before coming to CAG over 11 years ago. Lori says that working here is wonderful, and she is very grateful to be working for the best employer in Austin. Lori has been riding motorcycles all her life, and on the weekends she enjoys riding her Harley and going to motorcycle rallies. Hire Date 09/11/2024 – Jeremy is originally from Dallas, but he lived in both Houston and Austin for many years before coming back to Austin to stay, so he considers himself sort of a Texas traveler. As a result, Jeremy roots for the Dallas Cowboys, the UT Longhorns, and the Houston Texans. A team for every city! Jeremy hasn’t been in the automotive industry for long, but he’s been working on cars all his life. He grew up helping his dad work on cars and loved every minute of it, so he decided to make a career out of it! In the future, Jeremy would love to travel to Japan to experience the culture and the beautiful land. While the car scene is originally what drew Jeremy to Japan, the more he learns, the more he wants to live there one day! Video games have also always been a huge part of Jeremy’s life. He has a PS5 that he plays on any chance he gets, and he’s usually playing Call of Duty or racing games.

Hire Date 10/21/2014 – Ellen grew up on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and attended college in sunny Florida. She then made her way to the big state of Texas in 2008! Although moving to Austin was a really happy moment in her life, her happiest is getting to be a mother to her wonderful daughter Isabelle. She enjoys all types of art, seeing live music, and cooking (especially if it is spicy or includes cheese!) She is a dog lover and one day would love to have a puppy as well as travel to Australia, Bali, or India. Hire Date 1/11/2021 – Carmen is an Austinite. She loves Subarus and was excited to join the transformational team that we have here! In her free time, Carmen loves to nap, write horror movie scripts, and listen to music–especially Led Zeppelin. She’s seen both The Shining and Jurassic Park too many times and yet, she’s always down to watch them again. Her favorite thing about Austin is the food scene, and one day, she’d like to travel to Switzerland–or move there to have a farm. Outside of work, Liz enjoys watching movies, cooking, cleaning, playing video games like Super Nintendo and Super Mario, finding great spots for Indian food and sushi, and playing around with her pets – Randy and Vern, her two cats, and a bearded dragon named Princes Mushu. Around Austin, Liz likes to relax and take in the scenes at the lakes and rivers. When it comes to travel, Liz would like to visit Machu Picchu, go anywhere that she can see the aurora borealis, and can highly recommend a stay at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, Mexico. Liz’s maternal grandmother, Luz Elena, is her hero as she taught Liz how to appreciate everything and work hard. Among amazing females, Liz would invite Cleopatra to dinner if she could sit down with anyone across all of history to be able to ask her how she was so powerful during her era. She prefers summer over winter; in her free time, she enjoys going to the lake or pool and hitting up Congress Ave for some great food. At home, Anahly has two pets – a Shih Tzu named Bella she’s had since she was 6, and a Husky/Blue-Heeler named Spike. In the future, Anahly hopes to visit all 50 states to experience the different sceneries!

On match days, Jose channels his competitive spirit into soccer, passionately following his favorite fútbol club, FC Barcelona. Hire Date 7/12/2021 – Julie is from the East Coast, New Jersey to be exact! She originally moved to Texas to go to grad school at Texas State, then moved away to Mississippi for a brief 3 years before coming back to Austin in November 2020. In Austin, Julie likes that there is a constant variety of things to do, like the ability to have brunch downtown, hang out on the water, or get lost in the woods – all on the same day. An endless amount of things to do, food to eat, and sights to see! Her favorite movie is A Walk to Remember and her favorite sports teams are the New York Giants and all of the teams at Mississippi State University. In her free time, Julie likes working out, biking, hiking, reading, and playing with her golden retriever/German shepherd mix, Gracie. She gets great fulfillment by finding ways to make fitness accessible and fun for those around her. Overall, Julie is excited to help others with their health and wellness goals. FUN FACT: Her favorite foods (that she misses from New Jersey) are pizza and bagels!

Hire Date 8/21/2017 – Clayton was born and raised in the San Antonio area, and moved to Austin in February 2016. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games on his PS4 and sometimes his PC. He’s really looking forward to Destiny 2! Clayton used to spend a fair amount of time bouldering (indoor rock climbing) at places like Austin Bouldering Project and Crux Climbing Center. His top goal on his bucket list is to go to space, but not as an astronaut, and have “crazy amounts of money” is a close second.  You could say that they go hand-in-hand. After attending Anderson High School, he moved to Colorado to study at the University of Colorado, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2025 before returning to his hometown. With a degree in film, Gibson loves creating short films in his free time. He’s also a multi-instrumentalist, playing piano, guitar, and bass, and enjoys working on music production projects. His favorite part about living in Austin is the rich, diverse culture, along with the abundance of great restaurants and fun outdoor activities. Gibson’s favorite movie is Burn After Reading, and at home, he shares his space with his chihuahua, Zoe.

Hire Date 07/17/2024 – Karim is originally from Beirut, Lebanon. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he’s paddleboarding, hiking, or just having a nice picnic! Karim loves live music, and his favorite place to see a concert is at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver. Karim also enjoys going to Austin FC games and cheering on the Armadillos – he’s been to most of the games since the team started! If he could travel anywhere in the world, Karim would visit South America and South East Asia to experience the different cultures and try new foods.

He loves cars, and he enjoys working with his hands and having the ability to fix things, so it’s the perfect fit! Luis is another Austin INFINITI employee who came to Austin from Honduras. He and his wife, Ihza, have a teenage son, Carlos. Luis spends his free time downtown and loves Salsa and Merengue dancing. He also enjoys watching MLS games when he has the time.

Hire Date 6/14/2001 – Ruben Sr. was born and raised in Olonchito, Honduras and moved to Austin in 1987. In his spare time he likes to go running with his pitbull, Dallas, and spend time with his two boys and two girls. Ruben Sr. also loves latin music such as salsa, merengue, and bachata. You may even find him salsa dancing at Gloria’s Restaurant in the Domain on Saturday nights.

Annica is from Elsa, TX and has been in the auto industry since 2016. Her biggest heroes in life are her parents, and she is grateful that they have always stood by her and loved her unconditionally. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her awesome kids Isabella Renee and Olivia Grace, play Duck Hunt on Nintendo, watch My Big Fat Greek Wedding, cheer for the Dallas Cowboys, and listen to George Strait as often as possible. Hire Date 1/3/2025 – Hannah was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Houston at 2 years old. She lived there until she was 18, when she moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas. She has lived here ever since and she loves it! In her free time, Hannah loves doing puzzles of all kinds – logic puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, anything to exercise her brain. When she’s not working, she loves paper crafting, traveling, hiking, watching the Harry Potter series, listening to Celine Deon, grabbing a bite to eat from Trulucks, and hanging out with her boys! One of Jill’s favorite trips was out to Washington, DC and someday, she’d like to go Hawaii for the best of both worlds: the beach and the mountains! Hire Date 2/28/1983 – Leo was born in Burnet, TX, but has lived in Austin almost his entire life. He enjoys riding his mountain bike on the Green Belt and various state parks, and also driving his 1965 Mustang on sunny days. He has a Great Pyrenees dog named Dulce, who is 80 lbs of white fur and love. He started out at one of our other stores as a parts salesman in 1983. Then, he worked at our Wholesale Parts Direct for many years before he moved here to Austin INFINITI.

Hire Date 10/13/2016 – Joe is originally from Dayton, Ohio and was drawn to Austin by his friends and the music scene. His favorite part of living here is going to Blues on the Green and Lake Travis. Camping, going out on his boat, and eating out at restaurants are his favorite pastimes. His other hobby is his fish; he has both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. His most memorable trip was to Puerto Rico, where he enjoyed the jungle and sightseeing.

Purely by chance, he got into the automotive world in 2019 and hasn’t looked back! Outside of work, Brenham likes to play bass guitar, spend time on the lake, do outdoorsy stuff, listen to all genres of music, and is continually in search of amazing places to eat Mediterranean food. One of his best trips to date was out to Washington. He loved all parts, from the nature of trees & ocean and staying in a remote cabin, to experiencing the overall culture there while spending time in Washington’s cities – he’s especially fond of Seattle. Hire Date 07/01/2023 – Johnathan hails from Atlanta, Georgia. While he didn’t officially start working in automotive until 2011, this business has always been a huge part of his life. His father has been operating a used car dealership since the early ’90s, and from a very early age, Johnathan began learning the ropes and gaining hands-on experience. The automotive world has always felt like a natural path for him and he couldn’t imagine doing anything else! In his free time, Johnathan is an avid Pickleball player. He loves this game because it offers a challenge and has a fast-paced nature, but it’s also a great way to unwind and it fosters camaraderie among players. His other hobbies include working out, playing golf, and spending time outdoors. Johnathan is fascinated by the unique blend of traditional culture and modern innovation in Japan. He’d love to travel there one day so he can experience the beautiful landscapes, vibrant city life, and authentic Sushi and Ramen. Ashley is from Houston and the Texans and Astros are forever her two favorite teams. She’s been in the automotive world for a while as Ashley was used to the idea of the car business thanks to her Grandpa, who had owned a few used car lots when she was growing up. She is very close to her family. Ashley misses her Tita who passed away and she idolizes her nana who never gave up, always took care of her family, and always showed unconditional love. Through these examples, Ashley has the best outlook and support for her own children, Liam Ryder and Leila Rose. When Ashley isn’t at work, she likes to be with her kids, play darts, and spend time with her dogs, a cocker spaniel mix, Max, and blind terrier mix, Bella Fred. Aubrey comes from a small town, so it’s great how many wonderful places Austin has to explore, and the lakes make her feel at home. Hire Date 10/28/2004 – Monte was raised in Stinnett, TX, as were his parents and grandparents. They thought it was his dad’s work that took them on a short detour to Bartlesville, OK, but ultimately it was so he could meet and marry his beautiful wife, Stephanie. One of his earliest memories is going very fast, and the thrill that feeling gave him. Monte decided to involve his love of four-wheelers, motorcycles, and cars in a career, that way his livelihood would always involve something he enjoyed. In 2000, he became an Automotive Service Advisor, and has continued that passion ever since. Monte truly enjoys listening to and working with clients, and aims to make every contact a total success.

Hire Date 6/10/2020 – Joseph is an Austinite. He enjoys watching football and roots for the Dallas Cowboys. His favorite movie to watch over any other, is Avengers: Infinity War. Superheros and camaraderie, what could be better? When he’s not working, he spends his time watching an absorbent amount of The Office.

Hire Date 3/31/2011 – Alli has 2 beautiful dogs named Luna and Eevee, and by proxy through her husband Craig, a corgi named Einstein. She’s a published illustrator and enjoys gardening, sewing, and reading. Volunteering is her favorite pastime; she plants trees with Tree Folks, helps out at numerous charity events, and did tours for Funky Chicken Coop. She and Craig plan on doing lots of traveling, camping, and attending Renaissance festivals in the future.

Hire Date 01/03/2024 – Viviana comes to us from Houston, Texas, and her favorite thing about Austin is paddleboarding and taking in the amazing views from the lake. When she has free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family. Viviana has been to Cancun, Mexico and notes it to be the most beautiful vacation she’s been on thus far. FUN FACT: Viviana is an avid longboarder!

Hire Date 7/31/2019 – Zachry was born and raised here in Austin. He can listen to Lynyrd Skynyrd all day and is a Filipino food fanatic! At Zachry’s previous job, he was sent all around the country. He’s literally been to half of the United States: 25 states!

Hire Date 04/14/2025 – Meet Ernest! In his free time, you’ll most likely find him outdoors—fishing, hunting, or kayaking any chance he gets. When he’s indoors, he’s all about the thrill of Need for Speed on his PS4. One of Ernest’s favorite things about living in Austin is the beautiful lakes—perfect for relaxing or casting a line. His favorite movie is Gone in 60 Seconds, and when it comes to sports, he proudly roots for the Green Bay Packers.

Hire Date 06/01/2010 – Jackie was born in California where she soon ended her west coast fun to be in Austin, TX. She has a dog named Bandit that she likes to take on walks. She enjoys the produce section at the grocery store and going to local pubs and farmers markets! If she won the lottery she would give Sheri money and pay off all of her expenses. Her dream car is an old school Shelby Mustang. She hates doing laundry but enjoys beef fajitas and her step dad’s home cooking. She aspires to one day visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame in North Carolina. With Jackie’s good looks, she often gets mistaken for Popeye’s girlfriend, Olive Oyl. She found her place at Mercedes-Benz of Austin by the fabulous Craigslist and has gone uphill from there! Hire Date 10/30/2023 – Maria is native to Austin, Texas. She has family members who work in the automotive business and in 2022, she decided to pursue it as well so she could learn more about the industry that her family loves! Maria’s favorite movie is Dirty Dancing, and in the future, she hopes to visit Jamaica to experience the beautiful scenery and crystal-clear waters. FUN FACT: Maria has an adorable pet Daschund named Chiquis!

Dalila is from Weslaco, TX and first joined the automotive industry back in ’97. She originally started out as a cashier & filling clerk and even though she spent some time away, the automotive world just called out to her-so here she is! Enjoying life while continuing to assist the Service Department, loving the work she does. When she’s not at work, Dalila enjoys spending time with her two boys at the beach, going to the movies, and doing a little country dancing on the weekends. Her favorite restaurant is Hyashi Sushi & Grill, where you can’t go wrong with the lobster tail and shrimp (or the cucumber martinis)! If she could invite anyone to dinner, Dalila would have chosen her mother. Since her mom has passed away, Dalila misses their conversations, shared laughs, and mani/pedi adventures. At home, Dalila has two female miniature schnauzers: Misty and May, who love their noisy toys and running across the backyard.

Hire Date 8/24/2006 – Corpus Christi born, Josh came to Austin to increase his exposure to music. Initially, into country and western megastars Clay Aiken and Joaquin Phoenix, he discovered the sublime sounds of Grindcore Metal on Red River. This music resonated with him and he soon had a life-sized tattoo of Grandma on his thrashing forearm. Other concert-goers in the crowd appreciate such a loving fist-pump. He has some other sweet tattoos and two cats. Family is a big source of inspiration in his life. Josh holds down the fort in our Service Department and is a Certified Master Technician, able to assist his teammates with all vehicle services.

Hire Date 02/28/2023 – Sara was born and raised in Chicago. She has always been interested in cars and even got to help her grandpa with cars in his shop when she was growing up. When she’s not busy working, you can find Sara cooking delicious meals (tacos are her favorite dish), and spending time with her family. Her favorite musical artist is Paramore and her favorite vacations are the trips to Disney World she takes with her family. Next on Sara’s list of places to hit up? She plans to visit Poland soon so she can reconnect with her family, see where her mom grew up, and get to know more about her culture. Sara’s hero is Rick Bayless, her favorite chef! She admires his dedication to understanding Mexican cuisine, which is her favorite type of cuisine to cook. In her free time, Sheena enjoys reading and traveling with her kids and boyfriend. Sheena has only been to two concerts so far in her life, but she’s working on changing that! Her favorite movie is Where the Heart Is. At home, Sheena has lots of pets, including chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats, sugar gliders, geckos, and fish!

Hire Date 04/23/2025 – Meet Brandon! When he’s not busy working, you’ll likely find him doing CrossFit, weightlifting, diving into a long-running D&D campaign with his friend group, or playing PC games. Brandon’s favorite band is Erra, and seeing them perform live at Red Rocks in Colorado is at the top of his concert bucket list. When it comes to food, let’s just say his Chick-fil-A app point total might be breaking records. As for movies, he loves anything space-related—The Martian and Interstellar are top-tier in his book—but he’s also guilty of regularly rewatching the Harry Potter series and The Lord of the Rings trilogy. At home, Brandon has three rescue cats: Annie, Grace, and Isabelle—named after CrossFit workouts, of course.

Hire Date 10/16/2024 – Savannah is originally from a small town called Keystone Heights, FL. It only has two stop lights! In her free time, she likes spending time outdoors, gardening, relaxing by the lake or the beach, or taking a walk through her neighborhood walking trails. When it comes to food, Savannah loves sushi and poke. You can always find her trying new places around town, or returning to old standbys, like Blue Sushi, Uchi, or Pokeworks. In his free time, you’ll likely spot him at an EDM show, catching sets from his favorite DJs. His favorite venue is The Concourse Project in Austin, which he says has some of the best lineups and an immersive atmosphere. One of Jullian’s all-time favorite films is Belly by Hype Williams, a movie he appreciates for both its bold aesthetic and its influence on hip-hop culture. Hire Date 04/04/2023 – Anthony is a native Austinite, and he has been working in the automotive business since 2022. Before this, he spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos of people fixing cars and soon fell in love with the whole process. Shortly after, he started taking classes at University Technical Institute to expand his knowledge. Fast forward to now, and he is excited to be furthering his skills even more at Austin INFINITI! In his free time, Anthony enjoys fishing, kayaking, playing video games (Elden Ring on the Xbox is his favorite), and spending time with his son. Hire Date 03/24/2025 – Ray is a born-and-raised Austinite who loves staying active with his family. In his free time, you’ll find him coaching his son’s baseball team, watching his daughter perform in the marching band and color guard, enjoying family game nights, or out fishing. Ray’s best vacation so far was a trip to Las Vegas, but if he could travel anywhere next, Spain is at the top of his list. The best place she has traveled to is definitely Paris, and one day, she would love to visit Italy and Japan to experience the unique cultures and delicious foods. He also enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music like Nickelback or Mariya Takeuchi, playing video games like Apex Legends on his Xbox One, biking and weight training, playing board games, and cheering for Monterrey’s soccer team. His favorite movie is definitely Interstellar, simply because Murph let him go. If he could, Jesse would eat the tacos and baked potatoes from Taco Rico every day. One day, Jesse plans to travel to Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines for some true Asian cuisine and culture!

Hire Date 9/16/2019 – Jessica loves the sense of community in Austin; the embrace of being strange and different all while living happily. Her mom lives in New York City and Jessica loves to travel to visit her and the vibrancy of NYC as often as she can. She says there are so many options of things to do–plus, she’s a huge fan of the show Broad City, and it’s always fun to find another location that they used in filming there! Grace went on an amazing cruise vacation to Cozumel, Mexico & Progresso, Mexico and can’t wait for her next one! She’s hoping to go to either Alaska or the Bahamas on her next cruise vacay. Hire Date 4/27/2021 – Catalina is from Copperas Cove, Texas. With previous work experience in a titling role for an insurance company, she felt like getting into the title side of things within the automotive industry would be a good move for her. When she’s not working, Catalina enjoys watching movies, eating seafood, listening to The Weeknd, and rooting for the Chiefs! Her husband is her hero as he truly works harder than anyone she knows, though she’d gladly invite Keith Urban to dinner if she could choose anyone. One of her best vacations was spent in Florida, and one day she’d like to go to Hawaii.

Hire Date 6/28/2021 – Morgan is from Michigan. Here in the Austin area, Morgan enjoys spending time with her dog Oliver, and two cats, named Merlin and Firefox. One day, she’d like to make a trip to the Netherlands to visit her friends who live there.

Hire Date 01/16/2023 – Megan is from San Diego, California, and she is delighted to be part of the Austin INFINITI team! She loves spending time with her adorable pup, Otis, who she got from a pound in San Antonio. Interestingly enough, Otis was said to be a Black Lab and German Short-Haired Pointer Mix. However, after doing a DNA test on him, Megan received very different results – Otis is 50% Beagle, 18.5% American Pitbull, 10.8% Siberian Husky, and a mix of “super mutt”. He is also 100% Megan’s BFF, and she loves taking him on outdoor adventures as often as she can. Aside from that, Megan enjoys fishing, baking, and starting many different craft projects at once. Megan loves to travel, and there are two trips under her belt that are particularly memorable – a trip she took to Amsterdam with her sister and a trip she took to Vancouver before boarding a 10-day Alaskan Cruise with her family. Next on Megan’s list of places to visit? Hopefully, her dream destination – Banff National Park in Alberta. She would also love to check out Ireland, New Zealand, and Iceland. As for some favorites, Megan loves playing Animal Crossing New Horizons on the Nintendo Switch, and her top-pick movie is Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. FUN FACT: Megan has an identical twin sister named Katy! It never gets old seeing people’s reactions to them standing next to each other after not knowing they were twins.

Hire Date 09/09/2024 – Adrik is originally from California. His family is from the Bay Area, but he grew up in a small town in the Sierra Nevada called Quincy. Adrik’s favorite thing about Austin is the city’s ability to balance lush green nature with big city life. It reminds him of his favorite parts of California. Adrik is an avid video game enthusiast. While he’s always on team PlayStation, he did build his own PC in order to take advantage of all that system has to offer. His all-time favorite game is Horizon: Zero Down. “Open world RPGs are my favorite!” As for some more favorites, Adrik’s favorite movie(s) is the Star Wars franchise. Although Disney’s creative choices aren’t great, the original and prequel trilogy will always stand the test of time! Since he grew up playing sports, Adrik has been following professional sports his entire life. His two favorite teams are the Colorado Rockies and the Philadelphia Eagles. Go Rox & Go Birds!

Hire Date 5/26/2016 – Cassandra started out as a receptionist for the company but always had one eye on the Marketing department. She has always loved to be creative and enjoyed showcasing her talents in drawing, sketching, and designing.  When given the opportunity, she would volunteer for anything involving Macho Marketing to get her name out there. After two years of working for CAG, a position in the Marketing department opened up. They hired her on as a graphic designer, and after doing that for a number of years, she worked her way up to being Senior Design Strategist!

Hire Date 03/06/2023 – Julie is originally from La Verne, California, and she loves riding her bike and glass fusing when she’s not working. She once got to see Elton John perform at the Hollywood Bowl and says it is the best concert she has been to thus far. Julie’s favorite vacation was a trip she took to Sanibel Island before the hurricane hit, and she one day hopes to visit Iceland so she can see Aurora Borealis up close.  Julie’s favorite thing about Austin is definitely the Wizard Academy – she has gotten to watch it grow over the last several years and tries to donate her time/money as often as possible. FUN FACT: At home, Julie has two adorable dogs – a Shorkie and a Toy Poodle!
