Chris Hamm informed me that he would let me know what the Service Technician finds on my 30K visit. The recommendations included oil change, rotation, air filter, cabin filter, differential fluid (front & rear) and A/C flush. Walked out with a bill just north of $1K. Will be monitoring services because prior to this visit, recommended services every 5K has been oil change and tire rotate for my QX80. Great service. Love the loaner car option and there's always one available. We also have an Audi and in order to get a loaner for your service with them you need to book 2 or 3 weeks in advance and make a special request. That's not always possible when something in your car breaks. Austin Infinity always has some thing on hand and they're fast.
Love this dealership’s service dept ...everyone is so nice and helpful. Called earlier in week to schedule service and talked with Dave Henricks...he wasn’t going to be there Saturday when i brought it in but left it with Latoya...she was waiting for me when i got there and was very courteous!
The valet service is amazing and Kent was wonderful to work with. The best service department I’ve had with any car that I’ve owned.
