First time here getting my car serviced, it was a easy process and fast. Jon said it would be about 1hr 45min. It was completed in like 45 minutes. The waiting area is very nice, I'll definitely be back for all my vehicle service needs.
Recently leased a new QX60. It was the most pleasant and efficient leasing experience I’ve had yet. I was in and out, with documents signed and vehicle overview, within 2 hours.

There is a reason that I continue to come back over and over to Austin INFINITI off Burnet Road and it truly is because of great customer service I receive every single time particularly from Monte! I appreciate the guidance Monte provides me every single time I come in and with enough lead time notice, often they do have loaner cars. Because of the great customer service, I will be purchasing a new INFINITI in late summer / early fall because of Monte. Thank you once again!

The vehicle purchase experience has been reinvented! After the purchase, I walked out saying "that was incredibly easy" to my sales associate because it really was that easy. Hats off to sales person Jorden she really was amazing, but it's not her fault that their markup is so high. I have owned 7 Infiniti's and have never bought any of them from Austin INFINITI. But I do always include them in my shopping so I don't have to drive far. They are usually min 38% high then out of town. Definitely shop around.

I recently purchased a used Infinity QX80 and had concerns regarding a noise the vehicle was making. The lead mechanic took the time to drive the vehicle and assure me regarding the problem. The problem was fixed in a few hours without flaw. If you have an Infinity vehicle, this is your home for service.
Dave and his crew (Ethan) were great. Diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly. Very pleased with their friendliness, knowledge and customer service.

Sold me a vehicle with 7 year old tires and a promise to repair a rim but have yet to receive a returned phone call. Salesman told me tires are good for 15 years. Being that I purchased from another city I was told I needed to put down a refundable $500. When I got there I was told it was known refundable and added to my contract. I had a great experience with them. Jon was an excellent communicator through the process and showed no hesitancy or doubt when diagnosing the issue. After having a couple local mechanics do improper work to my qx50, I highly recommend you pay these guys a visit for your vehicle. Even if its just a diagnosis, you still have the choice to pursue the repair after they define your issue.
