After having at least five bad experiences at other dealerships—from edited photos that made the cars look better than they actually were, to incorrect information, poor communication, and just overall disappointing experiences—I was already prepared for another bad one. But once I got connected with Jordan English, everything changed. She was very quick to respond, took a detailed walk-around video of the Highlander for me, and worked up numbers on my trade almost immediately. She was friendly, warm, and never pushy, which was honestly refreshing. I also feel like I received a very fair number on both my trade and the Highlander itself. I was definitely nervous about making the 5½-hour drive to the dealership, but as soon as I arrived, Jordan had the keys ready and let me take it on a test drive. That was when I realized the vehicle really was as nice as it looked online. It even had a brand-new set of tires and a fresh service completed before I picked it up. The team also helped us work through some title issues since my wife’s vehicle was still titled in her maiden name. What could have been a headache ended up being a very easy process thanks to their help. I really can’t explain just how good my experience was here. Honest dealerships seem harder and harder to find these days, but Jordan and the entire sales team made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchases I’ve ever had. If they ever have another vehicle I’m after, I won’t hesitate to make the 5½-hour drive again. Dropped my car off for service repair. Jake my service rep was helpful all around. Never did I feel pushed to do something I did not want. He was patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns! Jake is the reason for 5 stars! The repair was a little more pricey then expected but went ahead and did it. I do not like that they do not show you the old part was taken off and new part placed on. Most repair shops I have been to in the past will show you your old parts!

I’ve been here 8 years and the last two times I came in for my 2025 QX80, the service has been awful. The team is rude, one staff member was cussing on a phone call while I was in the waiting room. The quality of how they communicate has gone down. Very bad experience. I’m rethinking my love for Infinity now. They simply don’t care about their customers the way they used to.

Wow! INFINITI has returned to their excellent customer service!

I’ve been bringing my Infinitis to Monty and team for 14 years now and wouldn’t take a chance on service or repairs anywhere else. They’ve done a fantastic job over the years of building a bridge of trust with me and my wife so the stress of maintenance is minimal, more of a “matter of fact” and NEVER a question of “do I really need this”. Importantly, we’ve never once had to return after a visit, so they always do the job right the first time. I very highly recommend Austin Infiniti’s service department.

They have amazing prices on used cars and demo vehicles! I would come back here again and would recommend them, we drove over 1.5 hours and it was well worth it. Our salesman, Sal, was patient with me when the original car I was there to see didn't make me happy. He waited for me while I looked around and on their site trying to find something. He didn't downplay my knowledge of vehicles nor did he pressure me to accept anything else or convince me otherwise which was refreshing as a woman. I ended up finding a fully loaded version of a previous vehicle I loved and in my favorite color (fate brought me on the trip for a reason)! I lucked out but even if I didn't like anything they had the experience was amazing. I did not sell them my old car as I could get more by selling myself but that is typical of trade ins and does not change my opinion as they offered what any other dealership would. They did their best to find me a decent rate on a used car and were patient when I attempted to use one of my preferred credit unions on my own but was unable to finalize as it was after they were closed. I ended up using their financing as it was not unreasonable for a used car and I plan to pay it off early. I got no aggressive pressure to pay for gap or warranty and no attitude when I denied. The price they offered me for batteries for life, tint, and ceramic coating was fair as I plan to keep the car a long time. The car was beautifully detailed, the best I have ever seen from a dealership. There was some damage to the car I need to fix but they compensated me by taking the cost of the parts off the price of the vehicle since I will be fixing it myself. If anything happens to one of our vehicles this will be the first place I look for a replacement.

I had the pleasure of visiting INFINITI of Austin for our American Heart Association Woman of Impact culmination reception, and everything about the experience was top-tier. The space was beautiful, classy, and the customer service was exceptional. As I was leaving, one of their SUVs definitely caught my eye, it was calling my name. I’ll absolutely be back.

My experience with Austin INFINITI was an easy transaction. Salvador did an awesome job of making me feel heard when it came to what I wanted, he worked with me and was able to get me the warranty I needed. Lowest monthly payment , warranty and Gap Insurance. Thank you Salvadore. Although I was very disappointed that this 2017 INFINITI doesn’t have streaming or Bluetooth. I have to get a telephone holder to see navigation and Bluetooth speaker to stream music. So tacky and I put $8,000 down all that hard earned money for it to look ghetto inside.

He took the time to walk me through all the available incentives, broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand, and kept things honest the entire way through. Zaira provided us the most professional car buying experience we have ever experienced. She was professional, down to earth, and, definitely went out of her way to get us exactly what we wanted! From the very beginning she was nothing but honest and helpful! Her assistant, Aubrey, was also simply amazing! Recently purchased my INFINITI QX60 2026 Autograph from Austin INFINITI . I had an amazing experience with them . My sales manager was Zaira Duarte. She worked with me to give me a best deal . Her boss Darren also helped us a lot to seal the deal. Overall delivery and after purchase help was awesome . The car was given in a top condition and Audrey helped us a lot explaining features. There is always a debate between V4 and V6 . I had driven both . Though V4’s reduced HP has effected pick-up of this vehicle a bit but this various compression engine has made the car silent when running in 14:1 and increases overall mileage. So if you are planning QX60 or QX80 Austin INFINITI is the best place to purchase and definitely have a contact with Zaira for best deals.

I had a great experience with Garrison Funke in sales. If you’re looking for a car, and need help buying one this is your guy. Very relaxed no pressure and got me exactly what I wanted. The dealership is very nice as well. Overall excellent service here at Austin Infinity. I’m also in the industry so it means a lot when I see great service. 10/10.

This was our first time buying from INFINITI, and Allan and his assistant Maria made it a great experience.
