Hire Date 10/12/2009 – Brent has been with CAG since 2009, and has been in the car business since he was a teenager, though he won’t say how long ago that is! He loves to point out, to anyone that will listen, that CAG is the best group to work for because we always focus on the two most important things; taking care of our customers and team members. He is a big UT fan and is consistently tormented by his three college students, who attend Texas State, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech. When not working, he would hope to be at the beach with his wife Andrea, and also enjoys training and competing in triathlons.
Hire Date 7/25/2006 – Silvestre is one of the more dynamic technicians in the detail department. After winning the 1976 Pan-American Spelling Bee at the age of eleven, Silvo had a few bright years doing spots for Japanese day-time television. With deregulation in Uruguay, his family’s chocolate cookie empire crumbled in the late 1980’s, and Silvestre fell on some lean times. He moved to Austin from Lillehammer, France, at the Winter Solstice, 1997. He has been performing ‘Bye Bye Miss American Pie’ at company picnics since 2006.
Hire Date 4/6/2015 – Ana is a smart young lady who graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelors in Food Service Management and an Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts. Ana and her furbaby Sami have traveled up and down the East Coast but their hearts are deep in the heart of Texas! You can find Ana by the sparkle in her eyes or pretty much anywhere on her. Ana was proud to announce the arrival of her first born son on July 1st, 2016. She welcomed her sweet baby boy, Andrew Angel.. look out world!
Tony Anthony was born and raised in Los Angeles and lived in Oahu, Hawaii for twelve years, before moving to Austin in 1995. He got his start in the car business in Hawaii and has been working car transactions for over two decades. He has a wife and two sons and enjoys spending time with his family and watching professional sports and his kids’ sports. Tony’s hobbies include sports, martial arts, and shooting pool.
Hire Date 11/2/2016 – In 2007, Aaron underwent a radical surgery to have his sense of humor removed and replaced with a second appendix. His ability to heal was hindered due to repeatedly trying to suffocate himself with a pillow after the hospital put the movie, Armageddon, on repeat. When he was released, he vowed to never make a movie as bad as that.
Since then, he has run his own production company, E|H Films, and has won several awards from local film festivals. He enjoys spending time with his pup, Ripley, riding his motorcycle with friends, enjoying a cigar, composing music, watching and studying films both new and old. Except Armageddon…which has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
Hire Date 5/30/2016 – Stephanie was born in a little town called Wharton, Texas outside of Houston. While she has country roots, she loves the city, and has been in Austin since she was 12. Now, Stephanie is happily divorced, the mom to two great teenagers, and one happy little Maltese, Paris. Whenever she is not at work, her life entirely revolves around her dog and her children. Unlike some parents, Stephanie loves it when her kids bring all of their friends home with them, as she loves to cook for large crowds! She spends some of her time volunteering for different causes, including Operation Turkey, and is a chair person for her daughter’s high school football team (Vista Ridge Football Club), and Project Graduation!
Hire Date 12/20/2009 – Mark Bailey has lived in Texas for a while now but he is a newbie here in the great city of Austin. Something that people might not know about Mark is he is an avid cyclist and he is looking forward to riding the roads here in town. Considering there are thousands of cyclist on the roads in Austin he will fit right in. GO LANCE! Mark has been in the automotive business for over three decades. He worked for for 10 years as a Service Manager and later he went on to be the Fixed Operations Director for Southwest INFINITI in Houston.
Hire date 8/24/2011 – A true Austinite! Nina is a fun, charming, cheerful, friendly, generous, honest, hard working person. Practically any positive descriptive adjective that exists, belongs to her! She loves spending time with her boys; her favorite movie is the notebook; and she loves Italian food. Her favorite celebrity is Sandra Bullock and her favorite sports team is the Texas Longhorns! (Hook ‘Em!). The one thing she is proud of is being the person she is today!
Hire Date 10/24/2011 – Kyle was born in Fairfax, VA and has lived in Austin since 1992. He got a head start working at 10 years old, when he started mowing yards in his neighborhood. He had 3 regular weekly customers and would knock on doors of people who had overgrown lawns to ask if they needed their grass cut. He enjoys playing with his toddler, playing drums, cycling, basketball, and grilling meat. His favorite old school movies are the Star Wars trilogy, Red Dawn, and Point Break. He’s most proud of his wife and two sons, who he says are amazing people. If he could meet anyone, it would be Neil Peart, the drummer and lyricist for Rush. Kyle has been a part of CAG for several years before he moved to Austin INFINITI. He says that’s because it’s important to him to work for a locally owned company that believes in giving back to the community and in taking care of its customers and employees. We’re happy to have him on our team!
Hire Date 9/9/2014 – Selah grew up in the Texas Hill Country, but relocated to Austin in 2007. Outside of work, Selah is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast. Her other hobbies include; cooking, reading, and having coffee with friends. Selah has a passion for working with people, learning new things, and sharing knowledge. In addition to her work with CAG, Selah has taught kickboxing, boot camp, and dance!
Hire Date 7/18/2011 – Hector is car enthusiast, but more so a drifting enthusiast. His hobbies can be summed up into one word: drifting. He drifts his gray 240SX Nissan but he also has a white one that he drives regularly. His dream car is a 1991 or 1992 Black Skyline GTR. Before coming to work at Austin INFINITI, he worked at a dealership in Round Rock. Outside of cars, he has an interest in Anime and favors the Anime convention that is held in Houston, TX.
Hire Date 3/1/2013 – Laura Black was born and raised in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere; West Milford, New Jersey. BUT, she was raised in a log cabin on the lake! It was a very cold and sunny area, so Texas has been a welcoming change. She has been a dancer since she was three years old. A lot of her youth was spent in New York City; which to this day is her favorite place on earth. She is an absolute pro at the subway system. She came to Austin on vacation in 2009 and fell in love. A downtown with fantastic nightlife and plenty of hiking for her beagle, Brock. She moved here in August 2012 and started as a receptionist here at First Texas Honda, and has now escalated to the Design Center Team at Austin INFINITI.
Hire Date 7/16/2010 – Sean grew up in the great state of Texas in the city of Houston and has had some pit stops in Dallas, Cleveland, and Seattle before finding the paradise known as Austin, TX. He’s been in the business since 2001 and he’s been lucky enough to have worked for INFINITI since 2004. He loves Austin for its great music scene and great food scene, but what he enjoys the most is that you can take a 30 minute road trip and feel like you are nowhere near a big city. What he enjoys the most about Austin INFINITI are the people, especially our wonderful clients.
Hire Date 9/20/2016 – Donald was born in Arizona, but has spent most of his life in Austin. He’s really enjoying his time at INFINITI and learning from all the wonderful techs here.
Hire Date 5/2/2016 – Trey is originally from Arizona, but has lived in Texas for 20 years. In his spare time, he enjoys working on computers and on his truck.
Hire Date 1/14/2003 – Suzette grew-up in a once little town near Austin, Texas called Dripping Springs. She started working for the Continental Automotive Group at the age of 17 as a receptionist at MBOA. From MBOA she bounced around to FTH and then landed at Austin INFINITI. During her time at MBOA, she met her husband, Andrew Burrow. Today she works as a Marketing Consultant for all 4 dealerships! If you can’t get enough of her from the informative videos on the web, then you can often find her at Matt’s El Rancho, her favorite Mexican food restaurant in Austin.
Hire Date 2/3/2014 – Originally from Houston, I’ve had the great fortune of living in Austin and working in the automotive industry for the last nine years. Now twenty seven I enjoy biking around town, battling the foot clan, playing music and sampling any new craft brew I can find.
Hire Date 6/3/2005 – Meet Mack, the happiest guy here. He knows everybody, meets everybody, and loves everybody. If you’re ever looking for a smile, this guy has got it! Here is a little bit of Mack’s background. He ranched in the Panhandle of Texas for 20 years. He then owned his own insurance agency for 31 years. During that time he phased into the Automobile business and did that for 10 years. Within the automobile business he was in management for 4 years, sales for 4 years, and internet sales for 2 years and counting. Outside of work, Mack takes great pride in his family. He is one true family man.
Hire Date 11/17/2016 – Angel grew up in LA, and moved to Austin in 2013. The kind people here are a refreshing change from LA, and he enjoys the nature and the trees around Austin, as well the potential for growth in and around the city. Angel has two dear pet rats who were named by his girlfriend; Shinobu, who is all black with a white spot on his forehead and a white belly, and Heibi, who is all black with one white paw! Angel loves to play all kinds of musical instruments, and appreciates that they all have something different to offer. He loves to play whatever he can get his hands on, and makes sure to have time for his acoustic guitar. Beside music, Angel also likes to spend time watching and reading anime. His favorite, so far, is Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Hire Date 11/27/2006 – Mark owned his own general contracting business and worked for Mr. Hardeman and the Continental Automotive Group for many years before becoming a full time employee in November 2006. Mark says that during his time as a contractor he noticed what a wonderful company this was, and he wanted to become a part of the team. Mark has been the CAG Health and Safety Manager for over four years now.Mark plays the keyboard and organ for a Christian rock band at his church, The Journey. Mark has been into music since he was a teenager and also plays the bass guitar, guitar, and drums. Mark’s musical talents have led him play in several bands throughout the years: from rock and roll to country and now Christian rock! Besides his music, Mark enjoys riding motorcycles, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
Hire Date 7/15/2016 – Kenneth moved to Austin from Belton, TX to be closer to family when his son was born. He likes fishing, carpentry, and golfing. His past hobby was motorcross. Vegas was the most exciting place he;s ever visited; he enjoyed the lights and the busy energy.
Hire Date 1/15/2015 – Michelle moved to Austin from Oregon. She’s a people person who believes in great customer service, and she loves working for Austin INFINITI. She likes traveling, surfing, and scuba diving. She has a pit bull named Buster, three grown kids, and a grandson.
Hire Date 8/29/2016 – Crystal Conklin was born and raised in Erie Pennsylvania. She relocated to Austin Texas in July of 2016, in search of opportunity and warmer weather! Crystal has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University. In her free time, Crystal enjoys cooking, working out, and spending time with friends.
Hire Date 3/1/2013 – Maurice moved to Austin from Jackson, MS in 2002. He enjoys playing and watching sports. He played college ball at Mary Holmes Jr. College. After college he went on to work for the State of Mississippi in the Secretary of State office, as well as the Governor’s office for over 8 years. He then decided to go into the car business at the age of 27 and has remained thus far. In his free time he enjoys a good movie, like “Saving Private Ryan” and “Coming to America”. His greatest moment in life was the birth of his only child, Maurice Jr
Hire Date 5/30/2013 – Although Bobby was not born here in Austin, he’s lived here most of his life and feels like a true Austinite. After graduating high school, Bobby served in the U.S. Navy as a gunners mate, then received his degree in Automotive Technology from Texas State Technical College in Waco. Upon graduation, Bobby moved back to Austin where he has been working in the automotive industry since 1993. Not only does Bobby love cars but he also loves his family time with wife Erin and two very energetic little boys. They enjoy exploring the outdoors. One of Bobby’s most exciting and memorable adventures was an Alaskan caribou hunt a few years back. If he could change anything about his life, he would definitely spend more quality time with family.
Hire Date 7/20/2012 – Kevin moved to Austin in August 2011 after growing up in Corpus Christi. When asked about how long he plans on living in Austin, his comment was, “I love scooters!!” Great job Kevin. Never change. He loves his job as a BDC/Internet Manager. “My favorite part of my job is that I get to engage in many different aspects of the auto business – a business I never expected to fall totally in love with!” Kevin is a familiar face around the company, and loves to visit with the fine folks of the CAG when given the opportunity. He’s best known for that time he ramped his Vespa off the top of a parking garage and landed it. Kev Kev!! Totally sick bro!!
Hire Date 9/30/2002 – Steve was born in Barbados, one of 7 Donovan siblings. His family moved to Florida in 1958. He started working on cars at his dad’s gas station when he was 13 years old. Later in his life he attended St. Louis University for a year and ended up in Austin after a trip to Mexico in 1973. He moved to San Marcos in 1979, then in 1983 he was selected as Dallas Region Master Technician. This was the same year his son, Derek Dylan, was born. Went on to be Service Manager in San Marcos until 2002 when he joined Austin INFINITI. Steve likes working on everything and enjoys the company of his 3 girls Elise (Lotus), Lorry (Honda), and Cher (My Girl). He particularly loves sunsets and cherry muffins
Hire Date 3/25/2013 – Walker, often referred to as the Golden Child, was born in Austin, but grew up in a town called Boerne, just outside of San Antonio. He recently moved back to Austin to be close to his cousin and best friend KevKev. This worked out pretty well for him, as it was his cousin that recommended him for the position due to their mutual love of things with engines. Walker was recently adopted by a needy little kitten that keeps him on his toes. If he could, he’d love to make a trip back to Japan to visit friends. It might be a little easier for him to take a trip to Canada though, as he is legally a United States and Canadian citizen.
Hire Date March 26, 2003 – Lynne was born in Newfoundland, Canada. Her father was in the Air Force so they moved often – lived in Massachusetts and Alexandria, Virginia before moving to San Antonio. Graduating from Roosevelt High School in 1972 & completing BBA at SWTSU in 1974 in 2.5 years, she then worked as an IRS Criminal Investigator and an investigator for Travis County District Attorney’s office investigating financial crimes. Lynne graduated #1 in her class from Federal Law Enforcement training and qualified as sharpshooter in firearms training. She was the first female Criminal Investigator in the Austin IRS offices. She started a CPA/Tax practice, until hired by a client – Maggie’s Heart of Texas Dodge where she worked for 10 years until they sold the dealership, and then came to work for Continental Auto Group in 2003. Lynne comes from a large family. Her mother has 11 brothers & sisters, so she has 35 1st cousins, 2 sisters, and a brother. She is a proud mother of 2 grown children, Rachel & Richard. Lynne says “best time of my life was raising my kids.” Rachel has her MBA and Richard his BBA & completed firefighter certification. Lynne has an RV and loves to travel & go camping. Her first trip after retirement in a few years, she plans to go back to Newfoundland. Her parents are from upstate New York and she loves to visit there & hopes to spend her summers in the north and winters in Texas.
Hire Date 8/10/2016 – Danny is originally from Israel. He likes to spend his time golfing, watching soccer and basketball, hiking, and traveling. So far, his favorite place is Thailand with all of its good food and beaches. He’s a car enthusiast who loves being around cars, which is what brought him here to Austin INFINITI.
Hire Date 9/12/2002 – I wish I could make this up: Bob was one of four back-up punters on the 1984 OU football team. I could make this up: He was born in Arlington, Virginia; He has a wife and son; His favorite movie is Gladiator; He loves ‘doing anything after 5:30.’ Bob has beautiful and pearly white teeth.
Hire Date 2/3/2014 – John was born in Chicago, and was lucky enough to get to move to Austin; he’s lived here for over 19 years. His favorite food is anything Italian and he loves to cook. We’re all hoping he will invite us over for lasagna in the near future! John’s previous job was a television news photographer and he loves watching Independent films. He has traveled to Germany and France and in the future, he would like to travel to Italy and the Czech Republic. John prides himself on being a natural “data-gatherer” and is excited to be part of the Austin INFINITI family.
Hire Date 2/19/2007 – Ulises nacio en Mexico, Mexico. He has been in the Austin area for twenty years and has three kids. His interests include volleyball, futbol, and time outside. For vacation, he almost always goes to the beach, and Cancun is one of his favorite destinations.
Hire Date 3/1/2016 – Kristi was born in Glendora, California. After moving from California to Oregon, her family finally settled in Austin, where she graduated from Westwood High School. A great evening for Kristi would be getting a really good cheese burger and settling in to watch “Forest Gump” or “Fargo” on Netflix. She also enjoys waffles, news, yoga, reading, hanging out with friends, and playing with her dog, Oliver. She is a sports enthusiast, and her favorite teams are the Angels (baseball) and the Raiders (football)
Hire Date 8/22/1988 – Rich is another local boy, graduating from Manor High. The only time he has been to Manor Downs was when the Grateful Dead played there in 1985. The set list that day opened with a strong Half Step followed by some lackluster Mexicali tracks, followed by one of the best Let it Grow efforts in G.D. history. His interests are fishing, sports, fishing, outdoors, fishing, golf, and more fishing.
Hire Date 7/8/2011 – Alex Garcia loves soccer! However, he has had to stop playing ever since May 2011. During one of his games he badly injured his tailbone and he wife said that he’s not young anymore and he needs to stop playing. He’s been playing for 30 years! Alex has three children: a son of 16yrs that tried 3 different sports and then found his calling as an XBOX player, a daughter of 13 yrs who is a kickstar, and a 10 year-old daughter who loves to play with their puppy MAX, who is a mix between a German Shephard, Weiner, and Bull Dog.
Hire Date 9/8/2016 – Originally from south Louisiana, Amber moved to Austin in 2015 with her husband, Josh, and miniature schnauzer, Elijah. Outside of barista-ing here at Austin INFINITI, Amber is also an event coordinator for a Christian youth camp called Camp Fuego. She enjoys live music, wheel throwing (pottery), and reading books.
Hire Date 8/29/2016 – Dustin was born in San Antonio and lived in Pflugerville and Boerne growing up. He moved to Austin in 2016. In his spare time, he likes playing challenging or competitive video games and puzzles, and watching TV series online with his friends. He likes to tell people that his favorite movie is Spiderman 3, mainly because of the reaction it gets from his friend and fellow IT person, Walker. His favorite grocery aisle is… not. It’s Amazon Prime. One day, he would like to visit Germany and the Netherlands to enjoy the scenery.
Hire Date 2/14/1989 – Our one-of-a-kind HR gal was born in Arkansas but got to Texas as quick as she could! Sheri has two wonderful daughters, four adorable granddaughters, 2 grand-dogs, and 1 crazy cat, Fred. If she could live anywhere, it would be along a coastline so that she could relax on the beach with her feet in the sand. Sheri offices out of our flagship store and says her dream car is a convertible. With over 700 employees group-wide now, Sheri’s a busy girl but never too busy to keep our CAG crew cared for; it’s what she does best!
Hire Date 8/24/2015 – Pat was born in Austin, TX and raised in Logansport, IN. He returned to Austin after high school to attend college. That lead to jobs in Portland, OR and Columbus, OH. After traveling to more than half the states on business and making friends from coast to coast, he finally made it back to Austin to settle in. He worked at a family pizza restaurant in Austin where he met his wife Melissa and the people that are still his core group of friends. Pat has two boys, Anthony and Mason, who are both into sports. Pat enjoys time with family and friends, cooking, camping, movies, and anything to do with water. His favorite aisle at the grocery store is the bulk spice section. The best destination Pat has been to is St. Croix, USVI. Australia is at the top of his bucket list. Diving the Great Barrier Reef has also been a lifelong wish. One of the main reasons Pat took his position with CAG is the culture; the leadership and team of coworkers seemed to be what he was looking for.
Hire Date 3/7/2016 – Chris is from a small Texas town you’ve never heard of, near Lubbock. He moved to Austin to be closer to his daughter, who also lives here. He has three kids, two daughters and one son, and four dogs. In his spare time, he likes playing golf and is involved in competitive BBQ.
Hire Date 9/30/2015 – Jeff is a long-time Austinite and has been a licensed insurance agent for 7 years. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, biking, and music. Hire Date 11/2/1978 – “The INFINITI brand is all about performance for its hip young crowd,” states the owner, Mr. Bryan Hardeman, of the brand he acquired in 1991. “INFINITI has really come into its own in recent years. To start, there was really only the Q sedan. Now they have great-selling SUV’s, coupes, convertibles, and luxury sedans, all with the standards people expect from a leading Japanese import.”Mr. Hardeman is known around the dealership as an all-around nice guy and family man above all else. His family includes his loving wife, Rebecca, and their three children, two of whom (Will and Genny) work at the dealerships taking on day-to-day management. Their youngest (by 2.5 minutes), Joy, recently graduated from UT Law School and now works in Washington D.C. Mr. Hardeman boasts about how proud he is of the spread here at CAG and how the average employee has worked for him for an incredible 17 years! “The car business is a people business, and having the right people be a part of our family here is the most important thing, and we have the right people!”
Hire Date 2/17/1984 – Genny was born and raised in Austin, and after earning her degree in Finance and Spanish at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, she returned to Austin to work in investment banking. After two years, she decided to join the family business and has split her time between several of our dealerships. Genny enjoys spending time with her teddy bear of a husband, sweet baby James, and their three dogs. You might recognize her, she’s the girl jogging around the neighborhood, pushing a stroller with one hand and holding two dogs with the other. Her favorite thing in life is James, who comes to the dealership with her almost everyday and loves to smile at everyone that stops by their office to say hi.
Hire Date 9/8/2015 – James’ first day on the job was just one week after being born, making him Continental Automotive Group’s youngest employee ever. He’s been voted “Cutest Employee Ever” and get’s his daily dose of caffeine at INFINITI’s coffee bar. He’s been known to crawl over to the accounting office in his free time and sells cars while in his walker. He’ll be the one sweeping the floors, pulling parts and detailing cars during his teens. So say hi!
Hire Date 2/17/1984 (Joy) – Left. When she is not making gray skies blue, Joy enjoys enjoying herself. She is a talented dog-whisperer, an avid cyclist, and a sought-after companion. She is chatty too and enjoys a good crossword puzzle or a late evening walk on the Lions Municipal Golf Course with her two puppies, Ellie and Charlie. As one half of the team that joined the Continental Automotive Group on February 17, 1984, Joy has 25 years of automotive industry know-how. She is currently in Washington DC driving a Subaru Outback.
Hire Date 7/18/1981 (Will) – William B. is an Austin recreationalist: an avid cyclist, triathlete, competitive skier, and outdoorsman who enjoys all the air, land, and water that Austin has to offer. These activities have made William B. more in tune with local environmental issues, and in his construction and development focus at the Continental Automotive Group, William B. brings with him a strong commitment to preserving Austin’s natural beauty. He is excited about the local expansion of the Subaru brand and thinks that it’s a perfect match for the people of Austin. William B. grew up in west Austin and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
Hire Date 1/21/2010 – Mike Harris hails from chilly Colorado Springs. Mike started working for Nissan right out of high school in 1974 and is now an INFINITI Master Tech. Mike made the switch to working on INFINITI’s in 1994. In his spare time he loves to ride his BTX 1800 motorcycle around the beautiful Hill Country. Mike also is a motor airplane enthusiast
Hire Date 8/18/2011 – Nicholas Harris was born and raised in the beautiful city of Austin. Nicholas’ dream car is the Nissan S13 Silvia. His favorite food is Mexican, and if he could meet anyone (dead or alive) that person would be the Texas broadcasting legend Cactus Pryor. The best place Nicholas has traveled to would be the Land of the Rising Sun, more specifically Okinawa. He can be described as outgoing and is happy all of the time. His first job was being a marine in the United States Marine Corps. Nicholas had to spend three months in boot camp to get that job!
Hire Date 10/23/2000 – If we had a soccer team at Austin INFINITI, Dave would not be the coach because the guys around here ‘would not need any coaching.’ His daughter Kara chose soccer as a sport when she was young, and Dave’s life has never been the same. He now plays twice a week and referees three times a week. Kara is in college and is taking a break from the sport. Dave is a former mechanic turned service writer and says hello to his wife, Michele
Hire Date 7/26/2007 – Maria was born in Mexico City and she has been enjoying life in Austin since the early 2000’s. She’s been working with Austin INFINITI since 2007, and loves her job. Maria enjoys watching action movies and telenovelas in her spare time. Her family includes her two sons she’s very proud of, as well as her puppy Maltese “Taz.” If she could visit anywhere in the world, she would definitely go to Paris, France.
Hire Date 7/27/2015 – The name Kegan is of Celtic origin, meaning small and fiery. Props to Mom on that one; she nailed it. Kegan spent his childhood destroying other children in Taekwondo, rebelling against his parents in an angsty teenage skater phase, and somehow simultaneously as an avid member of the stereotypical ‘nerd’ groups, such as Robotic Design, NHS, and Band Leadership. Originally from small town, Texas, he ventured to Austin in 2014 and does not plan on leaving anytime soon. When Wholesale Parts Direct opened in 2001, Craig decided to join the team and was there until 2015. He moved back to the Austin INFINITI parts team and is enjoying it. As much as he enjoys cars, his real passion is motorcycles. He gets out to the hill country as often as he can to go for long scenic rides!
Hire Date 6/22/2016 – Stephanie Jackson is a motivated team-player who believes customer service is an art she refuses to let die. She is also somewhat internationally known to rock the microphone. Born on the swamp-side of Shreveport, LA, her mom, her sister (who’s named Michael Jackson) & she were quite nomadic until she moved to Austin in 1997. She lives with her Brooklyn-born husband. Together they share an old-man Boston Terrier & a lovie fluffy cat named Drucilla – the dog & cat are boyfriend & girlfriend. Being a ragin’ Cajun, she loves a good creole-cooked meal & thinks no one can do it better than herself. She graduated from the University of Evansville with her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management in 2014. She made it back to Texas that year and does not plan on leaving anytime soon. As a result of growing up playing basketball, volleyball, and softball, Rebecca is naturally competitive and driven in the workplace. She adds an additional enthusiasm to the Macho Marketing team and is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about social media practices. Rebecca is also the provider of endless belly rubs to her brother-and-sister family adopted dogs, Kenny and Chesney.

He says he is an auto enthusiast, but not quite a car fanatic. In his time off, he likes to play basketball and go with his family to visit and camp at parks all across Texas. Hire Date 4/22/2013 – Ashlee grew up in a small town outside of Albuquerque, NM. She came to Austin in July 2010, leaving behind two great parents and two sisters. She loves and misses her family very much. She loves a challenge and likes to work hard to earn what she has. She is intrigued with everything about Austin and can’t wait to get started on her degree in Kinesiology and see where else it will lead her in life. In Houston, Kris attended the University and worked at North Houston INFINITI. Before working at the INFINITI dealerships, he worked as a Tech Apprentice at a local mom & pop shop. Hire Date ? – Born in Leon, Nicaragua, Jose is the third of six boys in his family. In his younger years, his family lived in Houston, Tx until age of 7. Moved to New Jersey until the age of 14, and then his family finally settled in SoCal in 1990. Jose met the love of his life, Leatriana, on June 18, 1993 and the two have been married for 16 years. The happiest day of his life was when his daughter Alyssa was born. Jose moved to Texas in May of 2003, and settled in Austin in March of 2011. Jose comes to Austin INFINITI as a Tire Specialist with over 19 years of Automotive Tire and Service experience. In his spare time he loves to spend time with his family, working out at Gold’s Gym and enjoying any type of sporting events. Two interesting tidbits about Jose, first, his father, Julio Cesar Montes Sr., named all of the boys with “CESAR” as either a first or middle name due to his passion for History and The Roman Empire. Second, Jose who likes to consider himself as a “big dawg” has two family pets, both 5lb Pomeranians Shelby and Dori (which he will be to first to say are Alyssa’s dogs).

Hire Date 10/31/2001 – Joy grew up in Greenview, Illinois, population 750, and came to the University of Texas in 1979. She has one daughter and has been married for many years. ‘To the same guy,’ she adds. Her family is a Boxer family, and their current dog is their third in this breed. She is a dedicated Longhorn fan, evidenced in the burnt orange FX35 and the season tickets. Her favorite player of all time is Earl Campbell. And she is an Aquarius.
Hire Date 2/28/1983 – Leo was born in Burnet, TX, but has lived in Austin almost his entire life. He enjoys riding his mountain bike on the Green Belt and various state parks, and also driving his 1965 Mustang on sunny days. He has a Great Pyrenees dog named Dulce, who is 80 lbs of white fur and love. He started out at one of our other stores as a parts salesman in 1983. Then, he worked at our Wholesale Parts Direct for many years before he moved here to Austin INFINITI.
Hire Date 10/13/2016 – Joe is originally from Dayton, Ohio and was drawn to Austin by his friends and the music scene. His favorite part of living here is going to Blues on the Green and Lake Travis. Camping, going out on his boat, and eating out at restaurants are his favorite pastimes. His other hobby is his fish; he has both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. His most memorable trip was to Puerto Rico, where he enjoyed the jungle and sightseeing.
Hire Date 8/13/2015 – Jillian is an energetic, quirky, creative person who loves to spend her free time playing disc golf, going to concerts, playing video games, and working with ceramics. She spent 7 years managing a pottery studio in Round Rock, which she grew to love. As a native Texan, she spent most of her youth at her family’s ranch going hunting, taking the four wheelers out, and looking for peacock feathers. Jillian has a passion for heavy metal, and her favorite band is a tie between a local band by the name of The Sword and Type O Negative. If she could meet anyone, Jillian would love to have met the late Peter Steele of Type O Negative. Jillian has three wonderful “Furbies,” who she considers her children: an 8 month old Papimo puppy by the name of Freya, a black cat named Bagheera, and a Crested Gecko who goes by Gustav (after Jillian’s favorite artist Gustav Klimt).

There he worked his way around the dealership; first as a Product Specialist, then he managed the Aftermarket Department and formed the Vehicle Exchange team. Now at Austin INFINITI, he is responsible for overseeing our Design Centre and has formed our Vehicle Exchange department. When not at work, you can find Tyler hosting friends at his house or making his way to various social gatherings around town. His dream INFINITI is a Q70 Sport in Hermosa Blue with a Stone Leather Interior!
Hire Date 1/21/1991 – Foreman Mark grew up in a motorcycle dealership and raced motorcycles from 1969 to 2004. Just before retiring from the sport, Mark won the 2002 WERA road championships in the clubman division and finished third in the in the 2003 CMRA lightweight superbike expert race. He jocks a Ducati. Mark and wife, Mary, spend time in Yellowstone, Sonoma, and the Grand Canyon.
Hire Date 2/22/2006 – Adrian hails from Cedar Creek, Texas. He generally flosses his teeth while driving to work on his Ninja Motorcycle. He has two smart and beautiful children. His specialty in the shop is “Motor Work”
Hire Date 10/18/2015 – Clayton got his first job when he was 16, working in his grandfather’s sawmill. Not exactly the most common start for someone who wood later move into IT, but we at CAG are thrilled to our roots that he decided to branch out and leaf that life behind him. After logging countless hours on his personal machine, Clayton moved into the IT field. He started with just a few relatives, but quickly became the go-to computer guy for his entire family tree. Even his old-fashioned grandfather saw the need for someone with his command of the information logging road we call “The Internet,” and gave him the oakay to follow his passion! Clayton is a model IT technician. When we put him on a project, he never stops forest until he’s finished and is rarely completely stumped.
Hire Date 7/23/2013 – Shelby is a multi-talented, driven, professional photographer with a passion for all things art and creating. She has had cameras in her hands since she was a child, and hasn’t put them down since. Shelby’s dream is to create a portfolio of the world by traveling to many countries while experiencing their culture.
Hire Date 4/8/2016 – Sunny was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Austin after Hurricane Katrina. He says his favorite part about Austin is the lakes. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his son Everest. He also enjoys basketball, and the Spurs are his favorite team. The New Orleans Saints, of course, are his favorite football team.

Hire Date 1/16/2006 – A country girl from Mt. Pleasant, Ashley moved to Austin to play softball for St. Edward’s University. After graduation, she continued playing softball in slow pitch leagues, and eventually met and married her best friend, Lonnie, in November of 2009. Ashley has been with Continental Automotive Group since 2006, and has enjoyed being part of a company that cares. In her free time, she loves getting out to go fishing and hunting, and someday, she would love to travel to beautiful, Alaska!
Hire Date 7/13/2015 – Deanna was born and raised in Louisiana, and moved to Austin in 2015. Her favorite way to spend her free time is with her family. She and her spouse have four kids, who she says she’s very proud of. She has a 7-year old Chihuahua mix named Blue. Her favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption. Her favorite place that she’s visited is Portland, OR, and one day, she’d like to add Hawaii to that list.
Hire Date 12/29/2016 – Monte was raised in Stinnett, TX, as were his parents and grandparents. They thought it was his dad’s work that took them on a short detour to Bartlesville, OK, but ultimately it was so he could meet and marry his beautiful wife, Stephanie. One of his earliest memories is going very fast, and the thrill that feeling gave him. Monte decided to involve his love of four-wheelers, motorcycles, and cars in a career, that way his livelihood would always involve something he enjoyed. In 2000, he became an Automotive Service Advisor, and has continued that passion ever since. Monte truly enjoys listening to and working with clients, and aims to make every contact a total success.
Hire Date – 6/19/2014 – Maile is a level headed, caring, and personable person. She is the mom of an energetic little boy and he keeps her life entertaining. She has a tendency to mother-hen her friends – making sure that they are doing well and helping or encouraging them as much as possible. She has a passion for dance, stating that it is an amazing stress reliever, and tries to enjoy it as frequently as possible. Maybe that’s why she has such a calm disposition. “If it’s meant to happen, it’ll happen. If not, don’t worry. What you are meant to be doing will present itself to you soon.” Some people even tease that she still has an island state of mind-she did grow up in Hawaii after all. Maile believes in working hard and playing hard. She strives to obtain her goals, loves to learn, and remains optimistic throughout life. After she’s earned her days off, she likes to enjoy them by dancing, camping, playing cars with her son, and driving her own car. An Accord, if you’re wondering. When we had asked about it, she smiled and said that “there are very few things that beat an open road”.

Hire Date 5/27/2016 – Elias was born and raised in Austin and has a pit/lab mix named Maddie. He is a car enthusiast; he loves to photograph them and to attend car shows. He enjoys baseball (Boston Redsox) and football (Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns), and his dream is to watch the Boston Redsox take on the Yankees at Fenway Park with his dad. He’s also played baseball himself. The happiest time of his life was every time he walked onto the field knowing his dad was there watching him play.

Hire Date 7/21/2014 – Brad Rowland first came to Austin 3 years ago from Atlanta, Georgia where he grew up and attended college. While in school, Brad studied with some of the best musicians in the world including musicians from the Atlanta Symphony, Chicago Symphony, and New York Philharmonic. Prior to working for Austin INFINITI, Brad ran a private brass teaching studio of over 70 students with the internationally-acclaimed Leander Independent School District Band Programs. After accomplishing quite a bit there, he decided to apply his people skills to sales and is happy to be here. In his spare time, Brad can be found enjoying this great city of Austin running, kayaking, and other outdoor activities with friends. Although his favorite aisle in the grocery store is the snack aisle, Wesley finds it hard to resist the great selection of Vietnamese restaurants in town. He is a pretty calm and chill person, but catch him at the right time and he can make you laugh! Wesley has 2 dogs, a young Rottweiler and a Husky mix. He likes to take them on long walks on the beach. He owns a Porsche 911 GT3 and often travels to Guatemala. Wesley also wears a beanie every day to keep his hair in check.
Hire Date 8/24/2006 – Corpus Christi born, Josh came to Austin to increase his exposure to music. Initially into country and western megastars Clay Aiken and Joaquin Phoenix, he discovered the sublime sounds of Grindcore Metal on Red River. This music resonated with him and he soon had a life-sized tattoo of Grandma on his thrashing forearm. Other concert-goers in the crowd appreciate such a loving fist-pump. He has some other sweet tattoos and two cats. Family is a big source of inspiration in his life.
Hire Date 12/10/2012 – Kenneth Sands was born in New York City and moved in Austin in 1992. Besides relocating to Austin, his marriage, the birth of his daughter, his daughter’s wedding, and the birth of his grandson were the happiest times of his life. He came to Austin INFINITI from another one of our CAG dealerships, where he started in 2012. When he’s not selling cars and providing his guests with the ultimate customer experience, Ken and his wife Rebecca love to cook for each other. In fact, they love it so much they barely go out to eat! This gives them plenty of time at home to play with their Beagle-Shephard mix, Luna and watch their grandson.

Hire Date 6/20/2014 – Benjamin is a native Austinite and very proud of it. He is a really easy going and relaxed person and when enjoying his leisure time loves to spend it with his wife, especially going to a really good movie. His favorite car is the Nissan Skyline GTR which influenced him to study mechanics so he would be qualified to work on them. He heard of the impeccable reputation of the Austin INFINITI service group and had a true desire to maintain Luxury cars and it has been an excellent relationship. Benjamin is very proud of his work ethic and excited to advance in his career at Austin INFINITI.

Hire Date 10/29/2013 – This is Howard. Howard was born and raised in Austin Texas. He originally worked here at Austin INFINITI from 2004 to 2010. After taking a few years break, he came to his senses and decided to come back! In his spare time he enjoys fishing and playing golf. He also likes to watch his youngest son play baseball. When Howard visits the local grocery store, he spends most of his time in the spice aisle tasting all the different spices. Howard feels he is very blessed and wouldn’t change a thing in his life.

Hire Date 10/3/2016 – Joe is originally from Canyon, TX. He’s always liked Austin, so he decided to make the move. He and his wife Marisa have two boys. He’s a Longhorn fan, a Cowboys fan, a Rangers fan, and a Spurs fan – all Texas! In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf.
Hire Date 8/19/2013 – Mathew is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He is fun, spontaneous, corny and sometimes a little goofy; but, he is the kinda guy you would want for a sincere friend. One reason he has developed so well is he is a small town boy born and raised in Tayler, Texas. He states that there was never much to do there so you had to make friends. After high school he jumped from school to school trying to find something that sparked his interest and finally got into Universal Technical Institute and never looked back. He loves to dig into cars taking them apart then putting them back together in a repaired state. The process is never dull and gives him a great deal of satisfaction. Some of his favorite things are watching sports especially the Denver Broncos, would love to meet Payton Manning, favorite star is Jet Li and he has a great dog named Julie.
Hire Date 8/16/2013 – Tabitha has an incredibly colorful past. She previously taught English in Japan before she found her true calling in alternative dance public performance art. Tabitha found her way to Austin only by chance after her struggles on the road left her travelling dance troupe stranded in south Austin. The Co-op group disbanded over monetary issues as the market at the time wasn’t ready for the wildly wicked moves of the underground dance revolution. Tabitha prevailed by becoming a vegan (something she claims gives her super powers) and focusing her vegan chi into clothing design with an emphasis on salon management. Tabitha quickly became a powerful downtown socialite in the early 2000’s, but she resigned from the lifestyle stating, “I’ve gotta quit the scene before the scene quits me.” Wise words. We’re happy that Tabitha decided to settle down as part of the Austin INFINITI family. Tabitha’s favorite anecdote is the time she overdosed on vitamin B12 and pushed over a local vegan food truck in a flushed fit of nutritionally enhanced rage – Tabitha recalls their customer service was, “entirely and utterly tragic.” The owner of the truck is now out of business. He has made a full recovery with no plans to reopen citing, “fear of retribution.”
Hire Date 2/5/2007 – Your man, Tranny, was born in Vietnam and graduated from Connelly High School in Austin. He went to the University of Texas on a scholarship to study engineering and computer science, but dropped out when the material was not meeting his standards of intellectual stimulation. He still studies automotive design and thinks in his sleep about future cars. His favorite website is craigslist.org. Formerly considered an outside shot at this year’s INFINITI Push Off, Tran is coming on strong as a legitimate contender. Odds-makers point to his compact wingspan, high cadence, and mental strength as indicators of good form and safe betting.
Hire Date 5/16/2000 – Noelia is a Virgo, so she doesn’t lie and she doesn’t embellish. A consummate accountant, she is from Robstown, Texas, graduated from Texas State, and has lived in Austin for nine years. She works out regularly and describes her style as straightforward. She takes the TV show Ghost Whisperer quite seriously and is overcoming an unfounded fear of non-physical spirits.

She loves animals of all species owning multiple cats, a Lab named Tippy, a Uromastyx named Remus and a 75 gallon fish tank. In her free time, Emily loves to curl up with a good book, play video games and spending time with her family.
Hire Date 9/6/2005 – Asked if he could overcome his uncle Carlos in a pushup contest, Orlando replied ‘I already did.’ He was born in Leon, Nicaragua, and graduated from Aikens High School in 2005. His car is an M45. Orlando keeps a bench press in his office and can be seen lifting upwards of 350 pounds.
Hire Date 7/5/2010 – Craig originated from Iowa, but became a naturalized Texan as soon as possible after moving to the state in 1973. Before coming to the Dark Side, Craig was employed in the Criminal Justice field for 37 years. Craig has been married to the same woman for a very long time and has 2 grown daughters, a grandson, and a granddaughter! In his spare time, Craig enjoys movies, going out to eat, reading, exercising, and spending time with his family.
Hire Date 5/23/2016 – Fabiola is from Austin. She has a dog named Binksley, and when she’s not working, she enjoys taking him to the dog park and on long walks.
Hire Date 9/8/2014 – Meet Melissa. She was born and raised right here in the great city of Austin, Texas. She has a sweet and goofy personality, and always likes to look on the bright side of situations. The grass is always green. The cup is always half full. Sometimes her heart is too big for her little body. Her pets take precedence in her life. They are her kids. She has a blue brindle Pitbull named Scar and a toy Maltipoo named Austin. She is a huge cowboys fan and she owns Emmitt Smith’s jersey thanks to her In-Laws. Fun Fact: She got a pair of paw prints tattooed on her body to represent her Pitbull and her Yorkie (alive at the time). She then got a memorial piece tattooed for her Yorkie!
Hire Date 01/02/2017 – Patricia moved to Austin from Indiana in 2006, and she says the diversity of the city is what she enjoys the most about living here. She’s popular among her coworkers for her baking skills—she likes to bake cookies and bring them in to work for people to enjoy. In her spare time, you can find her racing on the track, or as a spectator at a COTA event.
Hire Date 8/18/1997 – Virak comes to Austin from Cambodia by way of Connecticut. An Austintacious dude since 1996, he lives happily with a wife and two children. He loves fixing cars and playing in souped-up cars. His current project is an ’89 Chrysler Conquest. The boys in the internet office look forward to the photos…
Hire Date 7/5/2010 – Chris was born in Baltimore, raised in Dallas, and moved to Austin in 2010. He has degrees in Government and Politics from University of Texas at Dallas and George Washington University. He’s been with Continental Automotive Group since 2010, and before that, he worked in government and investment management. Chris considers a pilot’s view of life: “Any landing you can walk away from is a good one.” He also believes in the power of the “Cheez-It”, and says, “If you are what you eat, I’m a Cheez-It!”
Hire Date 8/1/2010 – Larry is newly retired from law enforcement, where he worked for the majority of his career as a cop all around the state of Texas, and then the last few years as a jailer. So everyone watch out, Larry can take you down! Not only is he trained for the field, but he also has plenty of experience with children. Larry has 5 grown kids of his own, 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Wow! The man is more than capable for the Service Valet Driver position he loves, and enjoys having fun with the people he works with on a daily basis. To top it all off, Larry is a proud owner of a Scottish Terrier named Broadie.
Hire Date 7/8/2016 – Chris is from Amarillo, TX. Fun fact: he went to the same high school as our General Manager, Brent Baker. He has a degree in Music from West Texas A&M, and an internship for music brought him here to Austin. Incidentally, he also met his wife here! Together, they have an Australian Shepard dog named Obi, and they enjoy going to all the shows that Austin’s music scene has to offer.
Hire Date 5/30/2016 – Dana was born in Portland, Maine. He came to Austin to earn a Business degree at University of Texas and never left! He loves the people, the weather, and the business climate. In his spare time, he likes to keep up with news and current events. He also enjoys going on cross-country road trips. He, his family, and his cat Max currently live in Cedar Park. He has been in the automotive business for 8 years, and has owned several INFINITI vehicles, so he’s familiar with them and will ensure that you get the vehicle that fits your needs.
